“I do,” she whispered and gave me a quick kiss. “I want to properly thank you for saving me from that vile dwarf.”

A shiver ran through her at the memory, and I ran my hands around her waist. She shook the thought away and then flashed me a mischievous grin. Her warm hands were on my upper thighs, and my pants grew tighter as my cock hardened.

“I don’t expect thanks,” I laughed and ran my hands down to her round ass. “But I’ll gladly accept them.”

“Yes, yes, you will,” Atlesia said with a wink.

The sexy nymph tugged her shirt off and let it fall to the floor. The green tint in her skin shined in the yellow light above us, and her hourglass figure was even sexier as she undressed. The movement made her breasts bounce, and I pulled her to me to cover one nipple with my mouth. She let out a moan and held me closer, and I grinned as a moan escaped to fill our small room.

“Sssh,” I whispered against her skin. “We’re in a library.”

“This room is soundproofed,” she gasped as I nibbled on her neck.

“Should we put that to the test?” I asked.

I reached down to unbutton her shorts and shoved them to the floor. My cock twitched when I realized that she didn’t have any underwear on, and my mouth watered at the idea of tasting her. I lifted the petite woman up by her ass and slipped from the desk in one smooth motion.

“What are you doing?” she squeaked as I deposited her on the flat surface.

“I want to know what you taste like,” I said and then grabbed the chair, sat down, and then scooted her toward the edge of the desk.

“Oh,” she gasped as my tongue ran up her thigh. “I-I thought that I was supposed to be thanking you.”

“You are,” I said with a grin. “You are giving me a nice snack.”

I ran my tongue inside of her and reveled in the sweet taste of her. She tasted like honey, and I gripped her hips tighter as she bucked against my mouth. I slipped a finger into her slick tunnel as my tongue ran over her clit.

“Oh, my,” Atlesia moaned, ran her hands through my hair, and began to pant heavily. “Andrew, I’m almost there.”

The sexy nymph thrust herself against me and wrapped her legs around me. I added another finger and drank her in as shivers raced through her. Flowers bloomed around the room, and I let her ride my tongue until her climax was over.

“Damn,” I said as I kissed the inside of her thigh. “I could do that all day.”

“I want you inside of me,” she demanded and pulled me up. “Right now.”

“Yes, ma’am,” I said and let her unzip my pants.

Her legs dropped down to wrap around my hips, and she pulled me into her as soon as my cock was free. I braced myself on the desk and thrust into her welcoming body over and over. Her nails dragged over my shirt as she bucked and matched my speed.

“Andrew,” she gasped and arched backwards. “Yes, yes, yeeessss!”

“I’m close,” I growled. “Do you want me to pull—”

“Inside me,” she whined. “Fill me up. Pleeeeeese!”

“We’re in the library,” I scolded her and then covered her mouth with mine.

I ran my tongue over her lips as electric shivers ran up and down my spine. Atlesia gasped as we both came one after the other, and her legs held me close as I emptied myself into her tight channel over and over again. My orgasm seemed to go on forever as her own climax caused her body to tense and milk every last drop from my aching balls. Finally, I thrust into her one last time, and we both sighed as I poured the last bit of my essence into her womb.

“That… was… amazing,” the sexy nymph panted and laid her forehead on my chest.

“It was,” I said and lifted her chin, claimed another kiss, and nibbled on her bottom lip. “It looks like the library has a new garden.”

The tiny room was covered in so many wildflowers that even the door was obscured. If this was what happened every time Atlesia had an orgasm, then we’d have to find somewhere with more space. I was pretty sure that someone would notice the new plants if we were in the library again.

“It’ll go away in about half an hour,” she said and then kissed me again. “I’m going to eat something. I’ve worked up quite the appetite. Did you want to come with me?”

“I need to do some studying,” I said and pulled out of her. “But maybe we can have dinner together?”

“I’m having a study dinner with some of the other girls,” Atlesia laughed. “But we’ll see each other tomorrow. And maybe we can find another place to sneak away, and… you know… you can give me four more climaxes?”

“Gladly,” I said and watched her get dressed.

“Good,” she said and then tugged me down for another kiss. “I’m really glad that you’re here. I’ll see you later.”

I had just enough time to pull my pants up before the sexy woman slipped back out into the library. The flowers began to wilt and disappear the second that she was gone, and I shook my head as the room returned to normal. I was almost positive that someone would’ve heard her moans even if the room was supposed to be soundproof, but sex in a library had been officially crossed off my sex bucket list, and the gorgeous woman had been amazing.

No one looked at me as I strolled out of the study room, and I made a mental note to test just how loud Atlesia could get before the librarian knocked on the door. I looked around to find Mike, but he was nowhere to be seen, and the summoners’ section of the stacks practically called my name. There was a lot that I needed to look into before the next underground battle, and thankfully there were plenty of books to answer my questions.

I looked through a few that talked about diamonds and dragons that looked like rocket science and would probably take me a few years to understand, a guide to insect spells, and then found a table tucked into the back corner of the first floor. My grandmother’s spellbook had a lot of notes in her perfect cursive, but half of them were in another language, so I stuck to the ones in English. I pulled out my notebook and pens, sat down, and got to work.

“Trying to make something stick in that thick skull of yours?” Sarya asked a few hours later.

The haughty elf was alone and had a few books about summoning in her toned arms. Almost all of them were focused on fire creatures, but there was one about water animals that surprised me. Her silver eyes pinned me with a mix of irritation and amusement, but she tugged out a chair next to me and drifted down into the seat.

“Yeah,” I said and ran a hand through my hair, shut my grandmother’s journal, and then folded my hands over it. “But I think I’ve done enough for the day. Looking up more fire salamanders?”

“And other things,” she said and then pointed to the old leather-bound notebook. “That doesn’t look like a textbook.”

“It was my grandmother’s,” I said. “Apparently, she was a summoner.”

“Is she still alive?” the redheaded woman asked with a sympathetic tone.

It was the first time that she’d shown anything but weird flirting contempt for me, and I was sure that she’d lost someone important to her. I knew that eventually grandma would pass, but she was still with me, and with better treatment came more time. I ran a hand through my hair, cleared my throat, and then realized that I hadn’t actually answered.

“Yes,” I said and decided to change the subject before she asked any more questions. “I think that I’m ready to try one of the underground battles.”

The beautiful woman snorted as an unexpected laugh escaped her, and I couldn’t help but chuckle at the unladylike sound. It was like she’d broken character, and a look of horror crossed her face as she clapped a hand over her mouth and then glanced around to make sure no one else had heard. Sarya flipped her hair and pinned me with another withering glare, but I lifted my hands in the air and shook my head.

“Your secret is safe with me,” I told her.

“No one would believe you even if you did tell someone,” she said as she lifted her chin in the air.

“Naturally,” I said. “How could the great Sarya snort when she laughs? Crazy. Anyway, about that underground fight…”

“You’re serious?” the redheaded woman gaped at me. “Do you really think that you’re good enough for that? A few summons in class is one thing, but you saw the fights between real summoners. You’ll end up using too much of your mana and dying. Not that I care… I mean… you are just a human. Why would I care? Still, you shouldn’t do it.”

There was a hint of concern in her voice that she quickly hid behind another sneer. She smoothed out her braided ponytail and glanced around again like someone might hear her concern for a lowly human, and I wondered how paranoid the woman was. Everyone seemed to know her family, and I’d heard about her siblings, but she acted like the entire world had their eyes on her every move.

“I’ll be fine,” I sighed as she resumed a haughty look. “Can you get me into the next one?”

“If you’re serious about this,” Sarya said and ran a hand over her dress. “Then we’ll go to the one tonight. Are your girlfriend and roommate coming?”

“No,” I said with a shake of my head. “They aren’t into the violence, and I’d rather they didn’t know I was taking a risk. It’ll just be the two of us.”

“Two of us?” It looked like she was fighting against a smile.

“If you can stand to be alone with me,” I snickered.

“It’s fine. I just think you shouldn’t do it.” She shrugged, but a smile finally flashed across her face.

“I’m sure that you’ll just dump my corpse somewhere and claim that you don’t know what happened to me,” I said and stood. “See you at the same time and in the same spot?”

“Yes,” the elven woman said as she flipped open a book. “And don’t tell anyone else. They’ll get the wrong idea.”

  “The wrong idea?” I smirked.

I leaned down so that our faces almost touched, but she didn’t back away. Her chest rose and fell with ragged breaths like her emotions were out of control as she gripped the book tighter. I was tempted to kiss her soft lips, and she rolled her head back in invitation, but I just pulled away and left the elf frustrated.

“See you tonight,” I said with a wave.

“Damn you, human,” she muttered, but the blush on her cheeks told me that I’d won this round.

  “Damn me?” I whispered.

  “You know… I’m not supposed to… with you…”

“Sounds like you’ve got a problem, then.” I turned away from her and returned one of my books to the shelf and checked out another. The study tables in the library had started to fill since lunch was over, and I had to avoid running into a swarm of pixies on my way out. I caught a glimpse of Mike near a group of other tree-people, so our dorm room would be empty, but I opted for the trees on the other side of the campus walls.

The books had given me more information about how to summon large amounts of insects even in a quartz, but I needed to make sure that I could actually do it. It was a little trickier to create them and store them for later, but I’d found a spell that would let me do it. I’d have to practice it a few times, and find a few wasps to use for parts, but I should have it ready by the time the fight rolled around.

My trek through the woods yielded three different nests of the angry creatures, and I managed to trap a few of them and gather what I needed. The rest of the afternoon was spent doing trial and error as I summoned the wasps and trapped them into quartz. Sweat trickled down my spine at the hard work, but I’d never felt so alive, and I figured out how to control my mana pretty fast. When all was said and done, I would be able to summon a cloud of those angry bastards.

It turned out that those ridiculous breathing exercises my grandmother had made me do were useful for more than just anger management, and I made a mental note to thank the old woman the next time that I visited her. There was a stream near where I worked that was clean enough to drink from, and it was the perfect temperature to cool me down. I glanced at my watch to see that it was almost time to meet Sarya, washed up one last time, and then checked my crystals.

“Ready to die?” the haughty elf asked as I walked up.

“I’m ready to win,” I said and then motioned for her to lead the way.

  “You’re truly overconfident,” she said.

“You shouldn’t underestimate me,” I said as we neared the portal.

“You sound like my older brother,” she sighed and ran a hand over her ponytail. “Every time I see him, he reminds me not to underestimate my opponents. Everyone is after something. Especially from a Kaylen. I always need to be on guard and make the family proud.”

The beautiful elf stopped with her hand over the tree trunk and stared at the bark in shock. I didn’t think that she’d meant to say all of that out loud, but it wasn’t terrible, and it actually made me like the tough woman a little more. The fights were probably her way of sloughing off the family obligations, and it sounded like there were a lot of them.

“Another secret that I’ll take to my grave,” I reassured her.

“Which you’ll go to by the end of the night,” she said and activated the portal.

“Of course,” I said and rolled my eyes. “Is that’s why you’re opening up? Well, I’m sorry to disappoint you, but I’ll be around for a long time.”

“Ha!” she laughed as we stared toward the waterfall. “I’m not worried.”

“Password?” the ogre gate guard grumbled.

“Unicorns,” Sarya said and flashed a smile, lifted her chin in the air, and sauntered toward the door.

“Unicorns,” I repeated when the gruff creature looked at me.

He grunted and then stepped back into the shadows. I stared at the spot for a few seconds, but even the ogre’s bright red eyes had become one with the darkness of the cave, so I followed Sarya into the bar. There had to be a way for me to learn how to do that, and I made a mental note to take a look at the books in the library.

“I’ve already put your name in,” Sarya said as I walked through the door.

“Really?” I asked and looked around. “Who did you even talk to? I’m going to need to know these things if I’m going to come back here.”

“If you survive this fight, then maybe I’ll share that information with you,” the slim woman said and then sashayed toward the bar.

I couldn’t help but watch her tight ass as it swayed back and forth, and a drink suddenly sounded like the perfect idea. There was already a fight in progress, but it wasn’t between summoners, so I joined Sarya at the bar. The bartender handed me a glass of clear liquid and then slid the elven woman a cocktail with swirls of purple and pink.

“What’s this?” I asked the big man.

“Water,” he laughed, and I shuddered as he revealed rows of sharp teeth. “The lady says you’re fighting tonight. You need to keep a clear head.”

“Thanks,” I said and took a sip. “Holy shit. This is amazing.”

“Of course, it is,” my elven companion laughed. “He’s a naiad. They’re river nymphs. No one knows water better than them.”

I took another swig and immediately felt like every other water that I’d ever had was subpar. It was like I’d never actually tasted any before, and the sweetness of it refreshed me more than several cups of coffee. The cobwebs that had formed after my earlier work were swept away, and I was ready to face whoever they put me up against.

“Can I buy some of this to take home with me?” I asked the bartender.

“Sure,” the naiad said. “But only if you win the fight. The odds are against you, and I could use the gold.”

“Because I’m human,” I sighed and drank the rest of my water.

“Because you’re going against someone from a legendary family,” the man laughed. “She didn’t tell you? Your opponent is apparently a minotaur. A summoner minotaur is almost as rare as a human, and his family is known for producing some amazing mages.”

  “Great,” I said.

I ran my hands through my hair and took a deep breath. The quartz in my pocket grew heavy, and I started to tap my foot. If my opponent was from some great lineage, then he probably knew more about how to use battle magic. I reminded myself about all the lessons that my grandmother had taught me and wondered what other magic tricks she’d snuck into our time together.

“Nervous?” Sarya smirked. “And here I thought that you would walk into the cage like you owned the place. I have to say, I’m a little disappointed, though I’m sure that you’ll die either way.”

She motioned toward the seats near the cage as another fight began. I waved goodbye to the bartender and followed the elven woman to the couches. There were a few goblins with betting pads that wandered through the crowd, and I waved one over as the announcer walked into the arena.

“You the human summoner?” the small creature asked and looked me up and down, smirked, and then licked the tip of his pencil. “Betting on yourself to win?”

“Naturally,” I said and pulled out my wallet.

“Tonight we have a treat,” the bulbous-nosed announcer declared. “The greatest minotaur to ever grace this arena, Rarus, has returned for yet another fight since his return from summer vacation. And coming to challenge our reigning champion is a mage whose reputation precedes him… the one and only Inglar! Hailing from the land of the giants, Inglar has been winning battles throughout the realms. He’s the tallest man that we’ve ever had in the arena, and the architect even had to raise the roof just for this fight.”

“I’ll bet on Rarus, too,” I told the goblin. “If you take human money.”

“It’s five to one in favor of the giant,” the beady-eyed man said as I pulled out two one-hundred dollar bills.

“Good,” I said and looked down at the cash that represented a sizable portion of my savings.

“Of course,” he said. “But any winnings will come back to you in gold.”

  “Sounds good,” I said.

“You’re betting on that jerk?” Sarya asked as the goblin wandered to the next customer.
