part #3 of Chaos God Series
My pregnant lover started to tremble above me, so I moved my right hand around to the front of her thighs and plunged two of my fingers deep inside her wet heat as I caressed her clit with my tongue.
“Uuuuhhh,” Shalanna mewled and tilted her hips so her clit was right between my lips.
I circled my tongue rapidly over the tight little bundle of nerves before I wrapped my lips around the bud and sucked hard. Then I thrust a third finger deep inside her pussy, massaged firmly against her g-spot, and pushed her right over the edge into a crashing orgasm.
“Godsssss,” Shalanna cried out as her tight tunnel clenched in rippling waves around my fingers, and her hot juices spilled out over my chin.
“Yeeeessss,” Elora moaned from behind my black-haired lover, and her bouncing became wild and fast as she rode me.
“Fuck,” I growled, and I flicked my tongue gently over Shalanna’s dripping pussy to lick up the final wave of her salty-sweet juices.
Shalanna moaned and collapsed to the side, and I got my first look at Elora’s wildly bouncing tits as she fucked me. The trembling of her legs and the deep flush of lavender all over her pale blue skin told me she was dancing along the edge of bliss, so I reached down and brushed the pad of my thumb rapidly over her clit.
“Yeeeeeessss!” Elora cried out, and she reached up to twist her nipples tightly between her fingertips. “Fill me with your seed, Leeeeviiii!”
“Fuuuuck.” Pleasure speared through my brain at her words, and the tight coil of golden fire at the base of my spine exploded.
Elora’s velvety tunnel quivered around my cock and forced me to fill her with exactly what she wanted. My seed exploded into her trembling pussy, and lightning coursed through my veins as I pumped her full with everything I had.
I grabbed hold of Elora’s hips and held her in place as I coaxed us both through the insanely intense waves of our shared climaxes, and deep in my heart I hoped my seed would take root in her womb.
“Daaamn,” Elora breathed, and she collapsed onto my chest with utterly satisfied bliss.
“I love watching you pleasure her,” Shalanna murmured, and she placed a loving kiss on my shoulder.
“I love when you watch me fuck her,” I sighed.
“I love you both,” Elora added with a lazy smile.
“Me, too.” I hugged Elora close to me and reached over to kiss Shalanna.
We settled onto the comfortable bed for a while and just basked in the blissful satisfaction of our post-fucking bliss. I would have been entirely content to lay with my two lovers until the world fell down around us, but after a while, the sound of voices in the village square interrupted our peaceful silence.
“Perhaps we should go out and join the celebrations,” Elora sighed.
“I am rather hungry,” Shalanna confessed.
“Honestly, me, too,” I chuckled. “And it would be kind of rude to ignore a celebratory feast in our honor, wouldn’t it?”
“It would be very poor manners,” Elora giggled.
“Alright, let’s go,” I sighed.
My ladies climbed off the bed, and we all pulled on our clothes in preparation to join the rest of the villagers outside. I gave each of my lovers a sweet kiss and led them down the ladder and through the lower level of Freesia’s office.
When we arrived outside, the village square was filled with several wooden tables, chairs, benches, and huge trays of freshly prepared food. There were bowls with crisp green salads, piles of roasted potatoes, a huge display of fruits, and a full boar roasting on a spit in the center of the square.
The smell was incredible, and my mouth started to water as I looked around at the newly familiar faces of the people I’d liberated.
“Lord Levi!” Mabel cheered as she noticed my ladies and me.
“This all looks incredible!” I laughed as the joyous mood spread through me.
“It is the least we can provide in thanks for the freedom you have granted us this day,” Erik declared as he approached my ladies and me, and he gave us a friendly grin. “I wanted to make it clear that you are all welcome to stay here for as long as you desire.”
“Thank you.” I nodded.
“We would love for you to stay, in fact,” Eirlina added, and nods and cheers of agreement rippled through the crowd.
“Stay, Lord Levi!” Sten shouted with all the excitement of a fourteen-year-old boy, and a wave of laughter followed his words.
I hadn’t expected the people to want me to become their new leader, in fact, I’d expected them to want to rule themselves after living under such horrible leadership for so long. But the smiles and gratitude on their faces made it clear, they were as thankful for me as the humans, elves, and dwarves before them had been.
“And…” Erik said slowly, and he glanced over his shoulder. “I wanted to present a gift to you as a symbol of my gratitude for what you have done here.”
“A gift?” I asked as surprise spread through my mind. “That’s not really necessary…”
“No, I insist,” Erik said, and his red-brown eyebrows knitted together with stubborn determination. “I wish to give you something that will provide you with great happiness and that will be very useful to you.”
Freesia walked up to join us with Cedoric a few steps behind her, and I was pleased to see another round of crisp white bandages wrapped snugly around his upper arm. The tall man’s face was relaxed and it looked like he wasn’t experiencing any discomfort from the wound. I wondered if Freesia had given him some kind of herbal painkiller on top of the balm she’d applied to prevent infection.
Frida bounded up from behind the red-haired woman and nearly knocked me over with her excitement as Elora came to stand by my side.
“Hey, girl,” I leaned over a little to pet my adorable wolf-shark pup and scratch under her tooth-filled jaws. “How are you doing?”
Frida’s huge tongue lolled out of her mouth as she circled herself around my legs like an affectionate house cat.
“Frida kept me company today, my lord,” Cedoric said. “She is a fine companion.”
“I’m glad you two could keep each other company,” I said.
“She was feeling a bit dry,” Cedoric added. “So I dumped a few buckets of water over her this afternoon. I hope you do not mind.”
“I don’t mind at all, Ced.” I grinned. “Thanks for looking out for her.”
Cedoric dipped his head in response, and a soft smile spread across the man’s wide jaw.
“Was Eirlina coming behind you, sweetheart?” Erik asked as he looked between his daughter and the dirt road she’d come down.
“Yes, Father,” Freesia said. “She said she had to prepare something for Lord Levi.”
“Excellent.” Erik nodded. “I intend to present Lord Levi with a fine gift as a token of my gratitude.”
Freesia looked confused for a split second before her leafy-green eyes grew wide with realization. Then her full lips fell apart as she sucked in a little gasp of surprise.
“Father, do you mean…?” Freesia asked.
“I do.” Erik nodded. “Why? Do you think it’s a poor idea?”
“Absolutely not.” Freesia smiled. “I think there would be no better gift.”
“Okay…” I sighed. “Now I’m really confused, and I’m really curious, too. What are you two talking about?”
“I believe I have an idea.” Elora smirked, and she looped her arm through mine.
“Can someone fill me in, please?” I laughed, but then I saw it.
Eirlina was walking back toward the town square with a wide smile on her face, and she led a glorious black stallion steadily behind her on leather reins. The animal was huge, and his whole black head towered above Eirlina’s graying locks. His mane and tail shone in the sunlight like glossy black ink, all four of his legs faded to a crisp white just above his huge hooves, and there was a single white diamond between his bright brown eyes. He followed her calmly, but there was an essence of power beneath his well-behaved exterior.
“Woah…” I breathed.
Freesia’s grandmother led the beautiful beast up to us, and a proud grin spread over Erik’s face.
“He is glorious,” Elora murmured in a reverent tone beside me.
“Is he the gift?” I asked, and I almost couldn’t believe it could be true.
“Yes, this is Boris,” Erik declared with all the pride of a school principal introducing his top student who was in the honor-society and maintained a 4.2 GPA. “He is my finest Shire horse.”
“A Shire horse?” I asked, and all I could think of was tiny Frodo Baggins on top of the massive black beast that stood before me.
“Yes.” Freesia nodded. “Shire horses are the largest breed my father has ever had. Boris is twenty hands tall.”
“Okay, I’ve heard the hands thing, but I don’t know what it means,” I chuckled.
“I am roughly seventeen hands myself,” Elora said.
“Um… what?” I demanded with utter shock as I looked between my silver-haired elf and the horse whose ears stood a good foot above her.
“Horses are measured to their withers,” Erik burst into a deep belly laugh at my confusion. He chortled for a moment and then reached up and pointed at the base of Boris’ mane. “Here. He is seventeen hands from here to the ground.”
“Okay,” I laughed. “I guess that makes sense, their backs are more helpful in determining proportion to their rider than their heads.”
“It is just the way it has always been done.” Erik shrugged. “I’ve never thought to question it myself.”
“Well, don’t let me change things,” I chuckled. “You’re the horse master, after all.”
“So, do you like your gift?” Freesia asked.
“I do,” I assured her and her father. “He’s a gorgeous animal, and I look forward to learning how to ride him.”
“Do you not already know, Lord Levi?” Erik asked, and his green eyes were filled with sudden concern.
“I didn’t have much opportunity to ride horses on Midgard,” I said. “I always thought it would be really cool, but I never had the time or the money.”
“Well, we shall have you comfortable on your steed in no time,” Erik declared. “Do you have proper stables at your castle?”
“Unfortunately, no.” I shook my head. “I hope I can leave Boris in your care until we can figure something out?”
“Oh, certainly, Lord Levi.” Erik nodded. “I was hoping for a reason to travel south and see your lands for myself, and here is a perfect excuse to make the journey. If it pleases you, I can travel with you to the castle when you return in a few days?”
“I would love that.” I smiled at the broad-shouldered elf, and I turned to his red-haired daughter. “I’d love for you to come with us, too.”
“Me?” Freesia asked, and she looked a bit stunned at the invitation.
“If that’s alright with you,” I said. “I’d like for you to take a look at my people and make sure they’re all in good health. Plus, we could use a delivery of medical supplies if you can spare any?”
“I was beginning to prepare a package for the next delivery to the Demon Lord after this one.” Freesia nodded, and her bright red curls bounced around her shoulders.
“Excellent,” I said, and then I lowered my voice a bit. “I also have a patient who will need your care and treatment over the next several months.”
“Very well…” Freesia’s eyebrows knitted together with confusion for a second, but then she seemed to connect the facts as she looked at Shalanna. “Oh! The ginger root tea?”
“Exactly,” I said, and I was pleased at how quickly the healer had figured out my real meaning. She was clever and intuitive, and I liked that a lot. “It would make me feel a lot better if she had you looking after her.”
“It would be my honor, Lord Levi,” Freesia said. “When will we be traveling to the castle? So I can assemble all the supplies to bring.”
“I was thinking we could stay here for a day or two before we have to get back to the rest of our people.” I scratched at my three days’ worth of stubble.
“Certainly.” Erik smiled. “Just know, we hope to be considered as your people now. And if there is anything you ever need, do not hesitate to ask.”
“Thank you,” I said, and a hundred ideas flashed through my mind. “I would love it if we could establish a trade deal between the castle and your village. We have a dwarven blacksmith among our people.”
“A blacksmith?” Erik’s green eyes grew wide with excitement. “That is very good news. Our tools are well-worn with age, and we could use a lot of support in repairing our homes.”
“We can flesh out all the details tomorrow,” I said.
“A fabulous idea, Lord Levi.” Erik grinned at me and then my ladies. “Please, enjoy your evening.”
“Thank you, and you as well,” Elora said as Shalanna offered a friendly smile.
“Let us celebrate!” Seymour called, and he raised two large casks of red wine into the air. “I am far more pleased to share this batch of my mead with you than with the Demon Lord!”
“Mead?” I grinned. “That sounds excellent! Let’s celebrate!”
Elora’s beautiful smile nearly blinded me as she looked at me with pure adoration and pride, but just the sight of her joy reminded me of all her family had suffered in the past.
And all I’d learned from Gaelyra today.
My mood sank a little bit, and I knew at some point I was going to have to tell Elora about her grandfather’s involvement in Gaelyra’s rise to power, and the bitch’s involvement in her father’s death. I just couldn’t bear to ruin her joyful mood tonight, and I decided the news could wait a few more days. The information wasn’t going to change the past, all it would do is bring up fresh hatred for a person who was already dead.
The entire village let out a loud cheer of celebration, and we settled into the party atmosphere without delay. My companions socialized easily with the members of the village, and it looked like Cedoric was already busy charming the ash-blonde woman, Viola.
Freesia chatted happily with the people who she’d spent so many years trying to care for, and they all thanked her profusely for doing everything she could under the circumstances.
We partied well into the evening, and only when the wine had run dry and the sky was glowing with the evening stars, did people start to disperse to their own homes.
We hung around the square for a while longer before the intense yawns of both my ladies urged me to bring them both back inside. Little did I know their yawns were a calculated ploy to drag me back to bed so they could fuck my brains out once more before the night was through, not that I was complaining.
We collapsed together in a melted pile of orgasmic bliss and fell asleep before the final sounds of the revelry outside died away.
But then I woke sometime in the middle of the night to the horrific howling that seemed to be an ever-present night time torture from north of the orchards.
I laid awake for a while as my ladies slept soundly on either side of me, but the screeching howls that broke the otherwise peaceful night refused to allow me to return to sleep. I sighed heavily and carefully climbed from the bed so I wouldn’t disturb Elora or Shalanna.
My satisfied lovers shifted closer to one another as I picked up my pants and tugged them on. I walked over to the round window and looked out into the dark night. The howls grew louder as if the creatures could sense me listening to them, and I sighed again before I climbed down the ladder to Freesia’s kitchen.
Frida was sleeping soundly at the bottom of the ladder, and I carefully stepped around her.
I walked out through her front door and stood on the single stone step for a moment as I debated with myself. After a few moments, I finally admitted to myself that I wasn’t going to get any sleep until I’d satisfied my curiosity.
I leaned into a shift and felt sleek brown feathers sprout out all over my body as my arms shifted into the wings of my hawk form. My body shrank down as my toes curled into sharp talons, and within seconds, I launched myself into the air and flapped my wings hard to ascend above the village.
I headed straight north and gazed down at the warm lighted windows of the village homes as the people enjoyed their first night of freedom in years. I passed over the circular horse pen in front of Erik’s house, and I couldn’t ignore the bright red spot of Freesia’s curly hair where she sat on her father’s front step as I soared by.
The orchards passed under me a moment later, and though the apple trees were half-strangled by the overgrowth of weeds and vines, there were no movements through the trees.
Beyond the abandoned orchards, the horizon started to glow with an ominous orange light, and the screeching howls grew louder and louder until I longed for a pair of noise-cancelling headphones.
I circled back over the orchards and climbed higher into the air to get a better view, and when I banked north again, my heart nearly stopped in my chest.
The ground was split by a massive chasm that burned orange with the light of the free-flowing magma in its depths. The canyon ran from east to west and blocked the whole northern edge of the village all the way to the ocean, and as far as I could see toward the lava fields.
I banked left and flew west to see how far the chasm went, and the howls reached a fevered pitch as if the creatures deep inside could sense prey approaching. The long crevice that split the ground like a crack in the sidewalk of the planet stretched and expanded until it was at least four hundred yards at its widest part. It looked deeper than I could even tell, and the only way I knew it had a bottom at all was the flickering orange light that glowed from within its depths.
But it just kept going on and on toward the west like the very gates of hell.
The oldest and least-civilized part of my lizard brain screamed at me to run from this place as fast and as far away as I could. I fought the urge to flee and never stop for the rest of my life as I looked down at the bottomless pit, and all I could think about was the variety of horrific creatures that could survive at the bottom of a lava-filled chasm a hundred yards down into the depths of the planet.
