When the humans came to visit him again, bearing padded weapons and ready to do battle with his minions and traps and "steal" his treasure, Opus the spirit could feel their anticipation and excitement. Even before he landed the first blow, he basked in their adventurous mood and knew that he could refresh his magic without pain and bloodshed. He would build, and entertain, and enrich others in return for their company. Was it really so bad, being the ancient master of a phantom dungeon?
