“Uh, hmm, I think it will be ok. You know that we have to discuss it in Church and vote on it,” I say, looking at Georgina.

“Oh, no, Creed, you guys have to be here for my birthday party. All of my friends are coming, and they want to see some real bikers,” Georgina says, laughing.

“Oh, wow. You mean a bunch of high school kids?” I say, frowning. I look at my Father, raising my right eyebrow.

“No, silly, they’re my old and new friends from Sac. State,” Georgina says, laughing.

“Uh, ok. Well, at least your girls are a little older,” I say, laughing. I rub my forehead, sighing.

Oh shit! So much temptation for the brothers. Damn, I don’t see this ending well.

“Right, Creed, that’s the only reason that I’m allowing the Knights to be here. Georgina has been trying to get them to attend since her sixteenth birthday. I think it’s ok,” Father says, taking another pull.

“I don’t see what’s the big deal, Creed. What, the Knights are between eighteen and twenty-seven or twenty-eight, right?” Georgina says, grinning.

“Huh, yeah,” I say, squinting my eyes. I look at Georgina, shaking my head.

“That’s not much of an age gap, the majority of the Knights are younger than you. That means that they’re not as old as you,” Georgina says, grinning.

I frown, looking at her sparkling eyes.

“Yeah, so it’s not a biggie,” Georgina says, dancing around the room.

“Too bad, Creed! She got you just like she got your Father. Seth is next,” Mom says, laughing a deep throaty sound.

“Creed, besides, lots of the girls have already attended some of the Knights parties,” Georgina says, winking at me.

“Right,” I say, taking another pull. Damn, this is going to be something.

“Son, it’s not a huge deal. The girls are of the age where they can hang with the Knights if they want to,” Father says, chuckling, shaking his head.

  “That’s right,” Mom says, smiling.

Georgina turns around in a circle doing a happy dance. Fuck my life.

The next day, I linger over breakfast, and then I walk over to the bar. I take a seat, nodding at Fox.

“Fox, get me a beer,” I say, leaning my arms on the counter.

“On it,” Fox says, reaching for the beer behind him. He then places a frosty bottle on the counter.

  “Thanks,” I say, nodding.

“Sure,” Fox says, smiling. He walks down to the counter to cut up some limes.

I take another pull of my beer, and I look up at the TV. I wait at the bar for Church. Seth is running late.

Yeah, it’s early, but I need to relax. I have so much shit in my head that I’m so fucking wound up this morning.

I’m fucking confused. Is Heather telling me the truth? Did I fuck up all those years ago? Did I lose the woman that I love for being hot-headed?

Cousin? Huh, that’s something! If it’s true, I’m a motherfucker, well I am regardless. I rub my neck, closing my eyes.

Fuck, yesterday was damn good. I missed fucking my woman. Nobody ever came close to her, and that’s why I only had one-night stands. Yeah, I know I wore a condom with all of them. Shit, but yesterday I didn’t. Is she not on the pill? Fuck! I was all fucked up and desperate to be inside her that I messed up. Damn it.

This paternity case is stressing me out, making me do things I wouldn’t ever do. Yeah, if it’s my kid, of course, I’ll be there, but if it’s not, fuck no. What the hell?

Daisy is married to Kirk Munson. I know that I heard that name before, I need to bring it up during Church, maybe one of the brothers can remember or recognize this motherfucker.

Rocco comes out of his cave, our IT man. He walks over and takes a seat next to me.

“Hey, what’s up,” Rocco says, looking at Fox.

“Just thinking. I have tons of shit to work through, and I’m going crazy. It’s good to see you get away from the IT cave for a break,” I say, peeling the label from the bottle.

Fox walks up to us and looks at Rocco, furrowing his brows, waiting.

“Fox gets me a beer,” Rocco says, smiling.

“Get me another one,” I say, nodding.

“Right,” Fox says, taking a step back, reaches for the beer. He pops them open and slides one to each of us.

“Thanks,” I say, taking a pull of my beer.

“Thanks,” Rocco says, nodding. He takes a pull of his beer.

I look up at the TV, watching the news on the latest events in the world.

“Yeah, I needed a little break, so how did it go with the attorney?” Rocco asks, looking over at me.

I shrug, shaking my head. I look over at him, frowning.

“I have some intel, I will bring it up in Church,” I say, glancing at Fox.

Rocco nods, taking a pull of his beer. He looks down at the label.

“The fight tonight is going to be great,” Rocco says, looking at me.

“Yeah, I enjoy the cage fights. We have amazing fighters. Are you going to start again?” I ask, looking at him.

“I’m thinking about it. I miss the fights but then again, I’m getting old. I don’t want to fuck up my body at this age,” Rocco says, chuckling.

“Yeah, I hear you. Time is flying by, and there are lots of things to consider there,” I say, taking a pull of my beer.

“I hear you; I would like to get me an old lady,” Rocco says, looking out into the crowd.

“Yeah, do you have a whore in mind?” I ask, looking at him.

“Nah, not a whore. I want a nice girl, and that’s why I’m going to the fights and spend time out at the party tomorrow,” Rocco says, grinning.

“Fuck, good luck,” I say, nodding. I pick up my beer, taking a long pull.

Seth walks into the Hades Asylum, looking around at all the brother's present shouts.

“Church, now,” Seth yells, walking towards the steel door.

I get off the stool, and Rocco follows me. We walk towards the steel door that Seth is holding open.

“Hey,” I say, nodding at my brother, raising my eyebrow.

“Hi,” Rocco says, bumping my brother’s fist.

I walk down the hallway, towards the chapel. As usual, Nicolas is waiting at the door with the basket.

“Hey,” Nicolas says, grinning holds the basket.

“Hi,” I say, nodding at him I drop my cell into the basket. Why is he always so damn cheerful I haven’t figured it out? I’m the one that feels like shit. I walk towards my chair and fall into it. I cross my arms, looking at the brothers as they all file inside.

They take their seats, and Nicolas closes the door and places the basket on the table. He walks over to the table and grins.

“Hades Knights are in the house,” Nicolas yells, doing a happy dance. He then slides onto his chair.

“Church has started; we have a couple of outstanding issues to review,” Seth says, slamming the gravel on the table, looking around.

“We were able to get some intel from the two Scoobies, but not much,” Seth says, stroking his beard. He looks at the brothers around the table.

“Yeah, what was it?” I ask, waiting for the intel.

“We learned that the Scooby-Doo’s leader is some punk named Kirk Munson. The Scoobies are Torres’s punks,” Seth says, grinning.

“What the fuck! This fucking Paternity Case has to be connected,” I growl, leaning forward, placing my forearms on the table. The brothers all turn to look at me.

“What do you mean?” Nicolas says, tapping his fingers on the table.

“Yeah, how so?” Dante says, rocking back in his chair.

I run my hands through my short hair, clenching my jaw. Then I look around the table.

“I had an appointment with my attorney, and she learned that the kid’s mom, Daisy Munson, is married to a Kirk Munson. I feel that this is all connected somehow,” I say, frowning.

“What the fuck,” Hunter says, clenching his fist.

“Yeah, it sounds like it must be connected,” Seth says, rubbing his beard.

“Damn straight that this is connected! I can feel it my gut,” I say, crossing my arms.

“Yeah, it looks like it is, but we need to find out exactly how,” Heath says, tapping his fingers on the armrest in thought.

“I wonder if they’re trying to get into your pocket just for the hell of it,” Axle says, looking around at the brothers.

“Fuck, you could be right,” Chad says, nodding.

“Damn, this is a messed-up situation,” I say, running my hands through my hair, closing my eyes.

“When the DNA tests results prove that you’re not the daddy, I don’t see why they went to this lengths unless they think that we’re stupid, or simply trying to get a rise out of us,” Colton, says rocking in his chair.

“The good thing is that the Scoobies at the warehouse are alive because they were smart and started talking right away. They’re hurt, a little messy, but at least they’re not dead,” Seth says, smirking.

“That’s good; maybe they will spill something that will tie Munson to this fucking Paternity case,” I say, scrubbing my face.

“Chad, Ryker, and Carter, I want you on this after church,” Seth says, looking at the Knights.

  “Yeah,” Chad says, nodding.

“On it,” Ryker says, cracking his neck.

“Yes, it will be fun,” Carter says, chuckling.

“I am assigning Wyatt, Brice, Colton, and Carter to go babysit Styx. The Hades After Dark fights are tonight, I need the Knights present to keep the crowd under control, plus the Hades Knights charter from down south is on their way. The club will be full this weekend,” Seth says, grinning leaning back into his chair.

“How did it go with the Mayor? Any new developments there?” I ask, looking at my brother.

Seth crosses his arm back, nodding his head; he looks around the table. He scrubs his face, frowning cracks his neck.

“That motherfucker thinks that he’s untouchable. He believes that just because he’s mayor, we wouldn’t touch him. I spelled it out to the Mayor that he owes us money from all of his gambling, his fondness for the strippers at Styx, drugs, and other occasional dark activities. We also have proof of his illicit interests, just in case he gets smart.” Seth says, grinning.

“Is that right,” Brice says grinning.

“Yeah, we have another run to make next week to pay him a visit,” Seth says, cracking his knuckles.

“Fuck yes, that bastard is always coming after midnight just before closing,” Wyatt says, shaking his head.

“We’re not going to forgive the debt, it’s a substantial amount of money,” Seth says, looking over at me.

Oh yeah, I need to assign Georgina ’s birthday party to the brothers.

“On another note, my dad and mom have a request for the Knights. It has to do with our little sister Georgina; her birthday is a couple of weeks away. My mom and dad would like us to attend, to help set up, babysit, and basically for security,” I say, grinning. I look around the table at the brothers’ unease.

“That’s going to be some fucking temptation,” Hunter says, cracking his neck.

“Yup, it is, but I’m good because it’s a request from our retired Prez,” Colton says, nodding.

“Right, I’m good,” Brice says, rubbing his neck.

“Right, let’s vote,” Axle says, tapping his fingers on the table.

“All for babysitting my little sister’s party,” Seth asks, leaning back in his chair.

“Yay, ok, yes,” the brothers respond.

“That’s good to hear because my family is looking forward to this party,” I say, scrubbing my face.

“Are there any other issues to address?” Seth says, looking around the room.

  “No, nah,” my brothers say.

“Fantastic, we’ll have church tomorrow at ten in the morning,” Seth says, pounding the gavel.

Yes, we do this every time at the end of the Church. Here we go, we yell pounding the tables, we do our ritual, our dogma before we

“Hades Knights brotherhood! Honor, duty, respect, and fidelity! One for all and all for one!”

It’s Saturday, the brothers from the other charters are here. The BBQ is going; I’m sitting on a stool at the bar, looking at the craziness as it unfolds. I’m not taking part in it. The brothers are grabbing the club whores. Hell, I’m not going to grab a whore.

  Why?

I fucking learned my lesson with this damn paternity case. It’s not worth it, especially since I love Heather, and no woman holds a candle to Heather.

I’m not going to be at peace until I get the damn results. This waiting on the DNA tests is brutal.

Fuck, I’m going insane with all of these thoughts, my doubts, and fears that are flashing through my mind, provoking nerve-wracking feelings.

I don’t know what to think.

  I’m a mess.

  I feel torn inside.

  I’m lost.

I’m scared that this will kill any chances with Heather

My pride is at stake, but I should take the opportunity on Heather. Maybe she’s telling me the truth

Yeah, but I’m the one that messed up. I should have talked to her, ask her who he is. If I had walked up to them, I would have learned that he’s her cousin. I’m so fucking stubborn, stupid, and I allowed me jealously to take over some common sense. Damn it.

I do love her. Fuck! She’s my world. She lights up my soul, and my heart beats only for her. I was living, but it was a living hell. I always felt empty, knowing that something is missing. No other woman roused my soul.

Should I believe that Heather loves me?

  She said that she does.

This Paternity case doesn’t seem to deter her.

She believes in me with everything she has.

I’ve been thinking about the possibility of Heather being pregnant. It’s so damn exciting, scary, something I never thought I would want.

Now, it’s a high possibility that I will be a Father.

It sets well in my soul.

  I’m okay if she’s pregnant.

If she wants my baby, I’m over the moon.

She’s the only woman I ever loved.

  She wants us back.

Yeah, I’m thinking and thinking that maybe we can try again.

I’m a fool for ever doubting her.

  It’s all my fault.

  She’s mine.

I need to talk to Heather.

What are the Munson’s up too? That motherfucker is the leader of the Scooby-Do bike gang. Kirk Munson married to Daisy Munson. Is there something more going on here?

  Fuck, I’m going insane.

I keep thinking about the same thing over and over again.

I run my hands through my short hair, bowing my head. I close my eyes.

Oh, fuck! Heather’s image passes through my mind. Yeah, the way she looked yesterday when I was fucking her. Damn it; I’m so fucking horny right now. My cock is throbbing with need. I adjust my cock in my jeans, I shift on the stool, pulling my hair, moaning.

I’m so fucked up; I think I might be becoming certifiable.

I turn to look at the brothers with the whores, shaking my head I turn around to look at the tv.

I need to drink some beer to relax. I look at Son, nodding at him.

“Son, please get me a beer and a shot of tequila,” I say, clasping my hands on the counter.

“On it,” Son says, reaching for the beer in the refrigerator behind the bar counter. A few seconds later, Son places the beer and the shot of tequila on the countertop in front of me.

“Thanks,” I say, taking the beer bottle. I take a deep drag. I set the beer bottle on the countertop, sighing.

Yeah, that hit the spot, now if I can get my mind to take a breather, then I’ll be set for tonight.

Dante walks up to me, slapping my back. He looks at me, scowling.

“Hey VP, are you ok?” Dante says, leaning against the bar counter.

I glare at him, shrugging. I run my hand through my hair, looking at the Knights in the room. I drink my shot of tequila; then, I suck the lime.

“I’m fanfuckingtastic,” I say, turning to look at Dante frowning.

“Ah, really, what’s up? You look off,” Dante says, sliding onto the stool.

“I have so much on my mind, and I’m going insane,” I say, taking a pull of my beer.

“That Paternity case will get resolved, especially since we have an idea of what the Munson’s are up too. The DNA results will be key, and the club’s attorneys are extremely efficient,” Dante says, looking at Son raising his hand.

“Right,” I say, taking another pull of my beer.

“Hey, take it, easy brother, it’s still early,” Dante says, looking at me.

Son walks over to us, waiting for our order.

“Hey Son, get me a beer and snacks,” Dante says, looking at the prospect.

“Yeah, get me another beer,” I say, nodding.

“Right,” Son says, taking the few steps to get the beers. He places two beers on the counter and walks away to get us some snacks.

“The club is full, and it’s going to be a party tonight,” Dante says, taking a pull of his beer.

“Yeah, it is. We need to keep the Knights in control because we don’t want the cops sniffing around the clubhouse,” I say, peeling off the beer label.

“Ok, will do. I’m sure that lots of nice girls will show up since they know that it’s a huge party tonight,” Dante says, smiling, shakes his head.

“Right,” I say, taking another pull of my beer. I look up at Son, nodding. He brings us another beer and a shot of tequila.

“Fuck, I need this,” Dante says, nodding. He drinks up the shot and then grabs the lime.

My cell rings, and I pull it out of my pocket inside my cut. I swipe my finger over the screen, and I look at the message.
