Feeders and Bleeders, page 9
part #1 of Nightwalker Agency Series
A fang teased the bundle of nerves at her entrance making her gasp out before a tongue plunged into her warmth. “Faye!”
The older girl continued to taste her driving her to the brink of insanity before she burst and cried out in ecstasy. Her hips moved uncontrollably only to be held steady by warm hands. As she came back down from her high. Faye moved up her body to claim her lips with a searing kiss. She could taste copper and knew that the older girl had taken her innocence. She was her first, her only.
Faye pulled back to study Setsuna with an intense gaze. “I love you, Setsuna.”
The bleeder smiled back and kissed the other girl before whispering against her lips, “Aishiteimasu, Faye-san.”
Faye smiled back then moved her lips down Setsuna’s neck only to spot at her pulse point. “Then I will take what is freely offered.”
Two sharp cold fangs pierced Setsuna’s neck, and she cried out, and then plunged deep into her. For a moment it hurt, but as Faye began to suck her essence from her, the pain turned into a pleasurable warmth. She ran her fingers through the other girl's soft locks holding her head gently. She was giving Faye something only she could give her. She was giving her strength, love, but most importantly she was giving her a promise. A promise that she would always be hers and hers alone. That night, the two girls slept in each other's arms, the blood of one flowing through the other and the love between them warming their hearts.

On the way to school on Tuesday, Faye couldn’t keep her hands off of the younger girl. It wasn’t until they walked into the building, and bumped into Declan on the way to homeroom that they realized he had never come home the night before. The redheaded boy grinned at the two of them, before releasing a booming laugh. Setsuna would have joined him, had she not been immediately worried by the black eye he was sporting, along with several other bruises and scrapes.
“Declan! What happened to you?” she asked.
“Forget about me! You two are practically glowing.” He chuckled.
Setsuna blushed while Faye simply wrapped her arm around the girl pulling her into her side. “Really, though, what happened to you Declan?”
“Ah, you wouldn’t believe it. One of the guys caught up to me before I could reach my bike. Guess who it was?”
Both girls shook their heads. Declan grinned. “Let’s just say that there won’t be any little Damian’s running around in the future.”
Faye smirked while Setsuna gasped. “Good job bro.”
Setsuna turned to Faye. “I never asked why you pretend to be dating even though you are siblings.”
Surprised, Faye laughed. “It’s so I don’t have to constantly be fighting girls off of him with a stick. Believe it or not, this guy is popular.”
Setsuna thought back to Sam and had to nod in agreement. Declan chuckled. “Ah, don’t be so modest Dom, the guys chase you like they’re in heat too.”
The Asian girl frowned at that and snuggled deeper into Faye’s arms. The older girl smirked, and the three of them started heading to their classrooms. Setsuna smiled as they walked. She had succeeded at her first and probably only perfect crime. Also, she was now dating the girl of her dreams, but most importantly, she had learned something about herself. She had learned that she was a lot stronger than she had imagined. Faye had taught her how being herself was more important than trying to please everyone around her. More importantly though, was liking who she was, because if she didn’t like herself how could she show other people her light. In one moment, one instance in time, her life had been irrevocably changed, and it had been a lot of fun letting that change happen.
Epilogue
Two years later….
Faye pulled her coat more tightly around her. It was unbearably cold this time of the year, and she was regretting not putting on her heavier coat. Luckily, her Criminal Psychology class had let out early. She might even be able to meet up with Declan before he had his next lecture. They hadn't seen each other for a few days. The feeder wouldn't admit it, but she was beginning to miss him. Her breath fogged the air around her, as she quickly crossed the street to her car, only to slow her steps. There was a person standing next to her car. As she approached, her curiosity turned into disbelief.
“Setsuna?”
Long black locks whipped around the person's face revealing glowing blue eyes, the same ones that had haunted Faye’s dreams since graduating high school. After graduation, Setsuna had gone back to Japan, and they hadn’t spoken since. She was more beautiful if that was possible, as she had always been gorgeous to her. An ear-splitting smile spread across Setsuna’s lips as she launched herself at Faye, wrapping her arms around the older girl's neck.
“Setsuna, what are you doing here?” she whispered.
Setsuna pulled back, and Faye realized that the bleeder's face had lost some of her reservedness. Her expression seemed more open, honest, happy. Setsuna grinned up at her before claiming her lips in a passionate kiss. Faye was just getting lost in it when the bleeder pulled back. “Hi,” she whispered.
“Whoa! Hello to you too.” Faye smirked. “But why are you here, Setsuna?”
Setsuna gave a small embarrassed smile. “I made a decision.”
Faye frowned. “And what is that?”
Her eyes danced with determination. “I can’t be myself unless I’m with the person that makes me better all around.”
Faye tightened her grasp around the younger girl. “What are you saying?”
“I’m saying that without you Faye, without your light in my life, I have no reason to fight. To be unapologetically me, with no regrets, I need you by my side, to remind me every day what I’m fighting for.”
“And what is that exactly?”
“I fight to be by your side because, Faye-san, you are the one I hold most dear. I love you Faye-san, and I want to be by your side for as long as you will have me.”
Faye smirked before pulling her into a searing kiss. She pulled back a little bit to whisper against the other girl's lips. “Drop the san, and I think we can make it work.”
Setsuna laughed. “I think I can manage that, Faye.”
