Jiao Qingtu’s body quivered violently. He muffled a deep groan as the wounds all over his body broke open. The dragon’s blood gushed out, falling to the ground.
Beneath him, the island split apart abruptly. It was pulverized into dust, broken into small bits, and fell away into the sea.
Jiao Qingu was floating on the surface of the sea, vomiting mouthful after mouthful of blood. He struggled to get up, but his muscles weren’t moving at all. The moon high in the sky was glimmering marvelously as the moonlight shone down onto the surface of the sea.

Jiao Qingtu lifted his hopes up again. When he returned to the Dragon City, a few dozen young dragon disciples saw him from afar. They laughed and shouted, “Our strongest Awakening Qi Practitioner, where have you been, and did you enjoy your night with the pretty girls?”
His eyes twittched when he recalled his overwhelming defeat the night before. He shook his head when he entered the city and thought, Long Yue, I will come to you once I have reached a higher level after cultivating the Ancestral Dragon’s heritage, and I will reclaim my honor from you!

His dragon essence, inner core, Yuan Shen, and energy had been siphoned off completely. Jiao Shanyuan had died in a very horrifying way, with his corpse completely withered!
The eyes of the Jiao Dragon Clan Master twitched and said, “His powers have been siphoned off by some kind of monster during their mating! Find the monster at all costs, and I want her dead in the cruelest way possible!”
The Jiao Dragons quickly searched around the region for the murderer, but to no avail. Then, news spread out and the entire dragon race was shaken. Qi Practitioners were then dispatched to look for any witnesses and soon, they learned that Jiao Shanyuan and a fiery red sea serpent had entered into the deep sea region together after leaving the city.
After more careful investigation, the dragons immediately traced back to Chi Liannu and found out that Chi Liannu was with Zhong Yue when he entered the Eastern Sea. They then lost track of her due to no one keeping an eye of her, as everyone was incredibly busy when the Sea King Sha Qishan rebelled.
“Chi Liannu!”
“Long Yue, where is Long Yue? He brought Chi Liannu with him, as he is most likely her partner and they murdered Jiao Shanyuan together!”
“Ao Clan, hand over Long Yue to us now!”
However, Zhong Yue was long gone from the Dragon City by then, and after a tens of thousands of miles of travel, he carefully took out the Golden Feathery Peng Sword. He was incredibly careful when he took the sword out, as if he were not careful, the extremely weathered sword might just shatter into pieces.
He then lifted the sword, and it suddenly flew up and away.
Zhong Yue immediately followed behind the sword. He realized that the sword’s travelling speed was rising quickly from an incredibly slow speed.
After one and a half hours, the Golden Feathery Peng Sword had breached the sound barrier!

The Golden Feathery Peng Sword however, seemed to be still increasing in speed!
Not long after, Zhong Yue had no choice but to summon his Yuan Shen and form the Golden Crow Wings behind himself, as he raised his speed to the maximum limit!
After quite some time, the Golden Feathery Peng Sword’s speed had completely exceeded his maximum speed and reached Mach 3. With that, the distance between the sword and Zhong Yue increased slowly and steadily. Suddenly, Zhong Yue who was trying his best to follow the sword, suddenly failed to catch his breath, and his wings retracted as an result. Then, he jumped on the back of his Golden Crow Yuan Shen and let it carry him forward.
However, his speed was still not any faster and the Golden Feathery Peng Sword continued to distance itself from him.
This is bad! If the Golden Feathery Peng Sword flies beyond my senses, then all of this will be in vain!
Zhong Yue was all tensed up. When he tried to locate the position of the Golden Feathery Peng Sword, the sword was already eight thousand miles away from him. Even if the speed of the sword did not increase anymore, it was still starting to get away from him!
And not long after that, the sword will be out of range of his senses!

Zhong Yue quickly recover his breath and after recovering a bit more energy, he unsummoned his Yuan Shen and allowed it to recover as well. Then, he formed two Jiao Dragons with his psyche and started to move again.
Soon, he reached the place where the Golden Feathery Peng Sword entered the ocean, but instead of entering the sea like the sword did, Zhong Yue continued to travel through the air, but in the same direction as the Golden Feathery Peng Sword.
This was because it was way faster if he traveled in the air instead of the sea.
After a long time, Zhong Yue finally caught up with the Golden Feathery Peng Sword again. One of them travelled in the air on top of two Jiao Dragons, while the other one travelled through the ocean depths.
The sky then started to turn down as the sun set, while the moon rose up. Zhong Yue then realized that the temperature of the surroundings had turned colder and colder. In front of him, he even saw huge chunks of ice floating in the water.
Snow also started falling from the sky.
Zhong Yue was in awe. The entire Great Wilderness was now in spring, but here it was still winter.
As he traveled on, more and more glaciers could be seen, and there were even huge glacier mountains all over the place. There were even huge ice lands formed by the glaciers before him!
And at this point, the travelling speed of the Golden Feathery Peng Sword became even slower due to the rapid changes in its surroundings. Zhong Yue, however, felt even more worried that with this Golden Feathery Peng Sword’s poor condition, it would break when it travelled through the ice-filled water.
Plans can’t keep up with changes, and even the most perfect plan will encounter some unpredictable changes.
Zhong Yue sighed. He suddenly stopped and dove into the water. He then used his power and created a surging heat that then turned into fiery Jiao Dragons winding around him, resisting the cold and melting the ice around him as he closed in on the Golden Feathery Peng Sword.
“Red Mother Colonial Anemone? Look out!”
Red lights could be seen faintly in front of him, and Xin Huo, who was observing the surroundings through Zhong Yue’s eyes suddenly excaimed, “Such a huge Red Mother Colonial Anemone, how is such a thing existing in the ice?”
Zhong Yue opened up his divine third eye, and immediately saw a huge fiery red creature moving swiftly through the ice water. He realized that it was a huge sea anemone with countless tentacles!

The glaciers around the creature turned extremely dark purple in color as the Red Mother Colonial Anemone passed by. Xin Hui realized something horrifying and he quickly said, “These Red Mother Colonial Anemones must have gotten here from the ocean of the Wood Celestial Star! Kiddo Yue, the Kun Peng Race’s member must be somewhere around here. These anemones are here because he spread them around here to protect him!”
“Creatures from the ocean of the Wood Celestial Star?”
Zhong Yue then thought of something and asked, “So there are other creatures beside the Kun Peng Race on the Wood Celestial Star?”
“The ocean of the Wood Celestial Star is enormously vast, and there are all kinds of strange living beings in it. The Red Mother Colonial Anemone is just one of them. There are also the Thunderwrath Jellyfishes that live in the air instead of the water. They feed on thunder and lightning, their habitats were in the thick thunder clouds and they proved to be incredibly dangerous long ago.”
Xin Huo continued, “The Kun Peng Race’s strong individual spread out these anemones in order to guard his body and the Divine Wing Saber, for sure. Just look at the tentacles of the Red Mother Colonial Anemones. They may look like they’re moving mindlessly, but in truth, they are moving in a very special way, resembling the drawing of totem carvings. Each time these tentacles move, there will be hundreds of totem carvings that are formed and changed.”
Zhong Yue looked towards the tentacles carefully, and his expression turned serious as he realized that the tentacles were indeed not moving mindlessly, but in a unique way that was extremely complicated.
“Kiddo Yue, use your divine third eye to look around, there must be even more anemones around in the deeper sea!”
Zhong Yue listened to Xin Huo’s words. When he looked towards the deeper sea before him, he saw even more gigantic Red Mother Colonial Anemones there, each waving their tentacles and moving swiftly, forming an extremely eerie sight.
And as he went deeper and deeper, the numbers of the anemones just kept increasing!

Zhong Yue thought for awhile before he nodded, suppressing his Yuan Shen, mind, and thoughts to the max, and allowed Xin Huo to take over his body.

The Red Mother Colonial Anemones are extremely venomous, but I recall seeing quite a few walruses that seemed not bad back then….”
After some moments of joking around, Xin Huo finally managed to familiarize with Zhong Yue’s body and said, “Kiddo Yue, let me show you how to fully utilize the power of the Fuxi Celestial Race!”
Xin Huo then triggered the Fuxi blood in the divine third eye of Zhong Yue and in an instant, Zhong Yue saw his own body growing at a visible speed. His legs started to merge together. Then, shining silver dragon scales started to grow out from his skin!
“This is….”
Zhong Yue was in shock as he saw his legs disappear and be replaced by a long tail, while dragon scales grew all the way up to his chest!
He felt a natural holy aura being unleashed from his body, and he also felt that with this body, he would be able to fly in the skies, walk on the land, swim in the water, and move in the ground without casting any skills or spells!
Even without controlling the body, he could still felt the immense power contained by this body!
“If I had known that I had the ability to do this, I would have been able to win each and every single battle in the Ancestral Dragon Ritual!” murmured Zhong Yue.
Xin Huo continued stimulating the celestial blood and unleashed the power of his bloodline, shifting Zhong Yue into the true form of the Fuxi, bestowing him with immense power. His honorable bloodline squeezed out all the power and hidden potential in his body!
Then, Xin Huo moved around and praised him, “Kiddo Yue, you have such good basics that you can sustain this form for about fifteen minutes or so, which is enough for me to decipher the array left behind by this Kun Peng Race’s Qi Practitioner! If it was the Feng Clan of the Great Wilderness, I think they could only sustain it for five minutes.”
