They searched for the human slaves and directly snatched them into their Yuan Shen secret realms, transporting them back to the Great Wilderness.
The West Barren celestial race noticed Swords Gate actions and were greatly angered. However, they were all fighting for land now and didn’t have enough manpower to handle the human experts.
Oftentimes, there were only a few celestial experts sent to stop the humans, but with Shui Zian, Fang Jiange, Qiu Jin’er and the other human experts, the celestial experts were all either killed or pushed back.
Meanwhile, in the Eastern Sea, Bo Xun went straight up to Ao Fenglou, telling the latter of his true identity and saying directly, “Brother Fenglou, can you lend me a few Whale King Ships?”

The Lesser Void World crumbled, and the stolen dimension returned in the Ancestral Star. The sudden increase in landmass gave rise to wars everywhere across the Ancestral Star. The dragon race was now in conflict with three factions; the Zhong Li Celestial Race was trying to settle their disputes with other races as well as stabilizing their own internal conflicts.
Meanwhile, the monster race was warring with the dragon race and also hadits guard up against the Bai Zhe Clan in fear of a surprise attack. The West Barren celestial races had also been fighting amongst each other since forever in addition to the Swords Gate experts snatching the human slaves back into the Great Wilderness.
There was also the Kun Peng Celestial Race that had conquered a piece of land and landlocked sea, which was fighting with its long-standing nemesis — the dragon race.
The world was like a violently stirred pot, peace and tranquility wouldn’t be able to be regained without at least a few tens or even hundreds of years.
Shit, Shi Buyi is starting to notice! Suddenly, Zhong Yue’s heart skipped a beat. Long Yue just met with another messenger sent over by Shi Buyi to check on the West Barren. For the past few days, he already met with six of the messengers, and Long Yue killed them all, which was why the news could still be concealed until now.
But with so many messengers sent out without a single one returning, Shi Buyi would definitely notice the strangeness behind it! Especially when the messengers were sent out at a higher frequency now!

The palace that sealed the tunnel between the insect race’s insect planet and the Ancestral Star!
“Air of the gods!" the Bai Zhe god’s heart thumped heavily and he shouted, “Not good!”

The ice palace’s doors shattered into pieces and an insect mother god shining with golden rays appeared behind the doors!
“Jejeje, finally the tunnel is through, we are now in the Ancestral Star! My dear children, claim your new toys and eat as you desire!”
HUUUUU——
Countless insects swarmed out like a billowing ocean from the ice palace!

In just the blink of an eye, there were over 10,000 insect Qi Practitioners swarming out of the ice palace. They flew past the sides of that mother insect god and formed patches of clouds in the sky, moving away in all directions!

With the insect Qi Practitioners swarming out, it meant that Lord Bai’s seal that barred the dimensional tunnel between insect planet and Ancestral Star was broken by the insect race!
From now onward, there would be no more obstruction between the insect planet and Ancestral Star!
“DIE!" The Bai Zhe god roared in anger. Totem patterns weaved into a dense net and surrounded the whole ice palace. These nets were like spider webs; the insect race would be stuck upon coming into contact with it and would burn into ashes right after.
With just the drop of a hat, thousands of insect Qi Practitioners were already killed by the totem pattern net.
Then, the Bai Zhe god instantly projected his voice across the whole city. Immediately, the whole city plunged into chaos and disorder, but Bai Zhenhuang, Bai Zhenbei, and the other experts reacted proficiently soon enough. They ordered the elders to bring the clansmen to safety while the Qi Practitioners of Inner Core level and above would go out and eliminate the insects!
“Jeje, what a prize here, a delicious fresh god!”
In front of the ice palace, the mother insect god was smirking smugly. Suddenly, she opened her mouth and sucked in a deep breath of air. Unlike the other races that opened up and down, her mouth opened in four directions like flower petals. With long and sharp teeth on every petal!
The totem pattern net was sucked into her mouth, she chomped on the net along with the insects stuck on it, swallowing them into her stomach!
The mother insect god ate the totem pattern net and broke the Bai Zhe god’s skill. Her eight legs strode forward while she was chortling as she said, “We insects are created to kill the celestials and demons! My delicious food, be good and come into my mouth!”
The Bai Zhe god slightly crouched his lamb legs and dashed out forward. The two gods clashed together and ravaged the buildings around. The insect race’s skills were incredibly bizarre; most of them were targeted more toward the Yuan Shen and soul instead of physical body. This was something even the scholarly Bai Zhe god had never seen before, causing the him to harden his face and conserve his attacks in fear of being struck badly.
The Bai Zhe Clan’s strongest forte was their knowledge. They had records of nearly every race’s skills and researched on them. Most of the time, the Bai Zhe disciples would be striking on the weaknesses of their opponent’s skills and win battles.
However, the insect race was not in their research list, there were little to no records on the insect race’s skills. Thus, the Bai Zhe god was fighting conservatively against the mother insect god.
While in the Frozen Ancient Capital, the Bai Zhe Qi Practitioners were warring with the insect race. Pained cries and curses could be heard everywhere. Great skills, skills, array formation and soul weapons were all over the place.
A Heavenly Dharma Bai Zhe Qi Practitioner had just been through a bloody battle with a Heavenly Dharma insect Qi Practitioner. He managed to deliver the final blow on the insect Qi Practitioner, and as soon as the opponent was killed, he heaved a breath of relief. Some of the insect Qi Practitioners who flew in the sky pounced down on the Bai Zhe Clan disciples and devoured their food.
There was also the insect Qi Practitioners who had the appearance of silkworms with three pairs of wings. They fluttered in the wind like lighting and swarmed in groups. They could kill dozens of Bai Zhe Qi Practitioners in just the matter of seconds.
“Division of Wind Whisperers, inform all of the other races that the insect race has arrived and plead them for reinforcements!" Bai Zhenhuang was entangled in the center of the battlefield and he shouted loudly. He could kill dozens of insect Qi Practitioners with each swing of a hand, but the insects were never ending swarming at him.
The Division of Wind Whisperers was located at one of the surviving buildings. There were many senior cultivators dressed in white robes and as soon as they heard Bai Zhenhuang, they cast out a totem pillar each. Each of the totem pillars were linked to a race, East Barren monster race, Great Wilderness human race, West Barren celestial race, South Barren Zhong Li Celestial Race, the oceanic dragon race, and even the overseas demon race!
The insect race was the common enemy of every other race. Even the insect race’s progenitor, the fiendish demon race, was a long-standing nemesis to the insect race!
The Bai Zhe Clan was, after all, a powerful race that dominated the North Barren for ages. Although they had fewer clansmen, their prowess was not weak. Soon, the insect Qi Practitioners in the city were killed and the battlefield was slowly pressed toward the ice palace.
In the ice palace, there were still insects swarming out unceasingly. But if they could press the battle to the ice palace, the Bai Zhe Clan would be able to stop the insect race from entering the Ancestral Star.

“Little baby Gu Hongzi, where are you~?" In the snowy mountains of the northernmost region. A beautiful woman was looming in and out the mountains like an ice fairy. It was now the polar-night period and for the next half a year’s time or so, darkness would not falter from the sky and the coldness would grow stronger with time. But this beautiful woman barely any pieces on clothes on her body, with only a piece of pink muslin around her.
“Little baby Gu Hongzi, do you think you can run away from mother insect? Jeje, how rare is it, for a little baby like you to crawl away from mother for such a long time…." Suddenly, the beautiful woman sensed something, and her eyes brightened up. Immediately, she halted on the ground and looked toward the North Barren.
“This… this is the air of my fellow insect! Is she in the Ancestral Star now?" the beautiful woman was also a mother insect god. She was the one Zhong Yue and Gu Hongzi had met with the last time in the Gu Diao Celestial Race. She had eaten up the whole Gu Diao Celestial Race and made her descendants take control over the Gu Diao bodies.

Only she was strong enough to escape and was hunted by the West Barren gods. She crossed the sea to the demon race and was also hunted by the demon gods there. Everyday, she had been living in fear of death ever since she was exposed.
After a long traipse and arduous journey, she was finally able to extricate herself from the other gods’ hunt. She changed her appearance and identity, coming back to search for Gu Hongzi so that she could dig Zhong Yue out. But who knew that Gu Hongzi would lead her to the northernmost region of the Ancestral Star and hide himself from her with the help of the polar night.
“If this mother insect god is already in the Ancestral Star, it means that the tunnel between the two planets is free from hindrance! Jejeje, our insect army will descend upon this land and we will conquer the whole planet for our own!" the beautiful woman was overjoyed and she instantly threw Gu Hongzi to the back of her mind.
She flew into the sky and left for the North Barren while mumbling, “There is a god in the North Barren Bai Zhe Clan, he hunted for me when I first arrived in the Ancestral Star. My fellow mother insect god wouldn’t be able to take him down alone. But with me joining in the fight, we can tear this Bai Zhe god into pieces. After she left, a huge crimson fish leaped out from the water surface and a smaller than three feet little figure walked out from the fish’s mouth.
The breeze blew over, and the little figure turned over ten feet tall; it was none other than the hunted prey — Gu Hongzi.
“The insect race invaded? They are in the North Barren Bai Zhe Clan?" Gu Hongzi was shocked, he mulled for a few seconds and immediately flew across the Eastern Sea, leaving for the East Barren.
“If the insect race took over the North Barren, their next target would be the East Barren! I need to get back now, I need to inform the East Barren to be prepared for the insect race!" As he was a bird monster, he could fly at at an immense speed. In addition to his Yuan Shen that fused with the Gu Xia City’s godly spirit, his speed was even elevated to a new level.
Suddenly, a huge patch of shadow appeared underneath the sea. Gu Hongzi immediately stopped and avoided intercepting the shadow. The waves flowed to the sides, and a huge dragon head emerged from the sea surface. Then, its over hundred-mile-long dragon body emerged as the dragon flew into the sky.
Gu Hongzi was stunned. The immense draconic godly aura suffused the air and blew straight on his face. The godly dragon glanced at him one eye and left as if Gu Hongzi was just a bug the dragon god casually met on its way.
God of the dragon race! Gu Hongzi tried to calm himself down. The dragon god was so huge that when he was beside the godly dragon, he couldn’t even move an inch of muscle at all. It was only after the dragon god left did he heave a breath of relief before continuing on his journey.
As soon as he arrived in the East Barren, a monstrous godly blasted into the sky. A monster god came out from his hermit life and the image of a hundred miles long coiling serpent could be seen on the back of the monster god.
Gu Hongzi’s heart skipped a beat, and he saw the monster god leaving for the North Barren!
Our monster race’s god came out as well? Gu Hongzi soon relaxed his perturbed heart, he thought, It seemed like the monster race had been informed by the Bai Zhe Clan of the insect race’s invasion. If the monster god acted as well, then I don’t to worry anymore.
Meanwhile, at the same time, the West Barren celestial gods also rushed toward the North Barren. Even a Zhong Li Martial Divine Master from the South Barren bolted toward there , leaving a beautiful arc across the sky.
Meanwhile, in the Eight Barren demon land across the sea, there were also two demon gods that emerged and left for the North Barren Frozen Ancient Capital.

The Frozen Ancient Capital exploded and was destroyed after 50,000 years of time standing high and tall. Above the ruins of the Frozen Ancient Capital, there were many divine weapons in the sky, shattering the clouds away and quaked the earth.
The battle outcome had been decided as soon as the gods stepped in. There were only two mother insect gods against more than five Ancestral Star gods. One of the mother insect race barely escaped while the other was captured by the demon gods. However, the Zhu Jian god abruptly launched a surprise attack and killed the mother insect god in the demon gods’ hands.

The gods temporarily stopped the insects from swarming into the Ancestral Star. They had been discussing for days, and an agreement was met. The gods decided to gather the strongest Qi Practitioners to enter the tunnel, go to the insect planet and destroy the tunnel from the other end.
“The human Swords Gate did nothing in the battle. So, they will have to send out more experts in this expedition," The South Barren Martial Divine Master said.
