They won’t even show themselves in front of you.” While Xin Huo explained, a thought flashed across his mind and he asked, “You aren’t going to cultivate the Pure Yang Yuan Shen and ascend into deityhood now?”
Zhong Yue shook his head, “I plan to return when I’ve awakened 40% of my Fuxi bloodline as well as successfully converting my mortal body into the innate state. After achieving those, I will return. But the question is whether the old clan master would allow me to enter the Ancient Lei Zhe Realm again.”
Soon after, he walked out of the Ancient Lei Zhe Realm back to the saint palace. Upon returning, he was startled as other than the old clan master of the Leizhe Clan, there was another elder present in the saint palace.
The old clan master’s eyes brightened up as he saw Zhong Yue, with a smile he said, “Finally, you are out. Cousin brother from the Fuxi Clan, let me introduce you to…”
Jiang Yiqi laughed and waved his hand, he interrupted, “No need for that. I am rather eager to know how far have you reached in the Ancient Lei Zhe Realm?”
Zhong Yue was puzzled, but gave the answer Jiang Yiqi was waiting for, “I’ve reached to the 48th level, encountered the Desolate Lightning and stopped due to the limitations of my current prowess.”
Jiang Yiqi instantly turned to the old clan master and asked gently, “How is the 48th level?”
“He has the potential to become an Imperial Emperor, as for the Heavenly Monarchs…” Leizhe old clan master shook his head, “One has to pull through all 81 levels and acquire the Lei Zhe Innate Dao Fruit from the Dao Fruit Divine Tree.”
“A potential Imperial Emperor, that’s enough!” Jiang Yiqi stiffened up his face and said solemnly, “I am Jiang Yiqi, the next Human Sovereign, the God of Sun to the Zi Wei Galaxy. Greetings to Fuxi!”

The old clan master laughed and added, “Brother Zhong, this is Jiang Yiqi, another person who is greatly related to our Leizhe Celestial Race. He is the next Human Sovereign chosen by Nong Sovereign. He will be called Yan Sovereign after he becomes the Human Sovereign.”
“I see.” said Zhong Yue as he wiped his worries away.
Jiang Yiqi on the other side was quite excited and as he walked around everywhere, he said, “Fuxi! Another Fuxi with great talent! This is a sign of the rise of humanity! Fuxi, can this old man make a request?”
Zhong Yue immediately turned serious and asked, “Please.”
“To be frank, though I was chosen as the next Human Sovereign, it is actually just a temporary band-aid to the devastating wound. As someone not as good as Nong Sovereign, I cannot pull off anything extraordinary except for maintaining what was already built by him. He had selected another successor to inherit his heritage and this young boy is now currently in the Ancestral Star! He is an impressive one, Nong Sovereign had awakened the Lei Zhe bloodline in him and taught him the sovereign’s own arts and skills. This human inheritor is called Gongsun Xuan Yuan!” said Jiang Yiqi.
“His ancestor was from the direct bloodline to the Nong Sovereign. He was sent to Ancestral Star to culture the humans so that we can have a land to live on peacefully. Xuan Yuan is a talented child and he will grow into a significant figure in the future. Nong Sovereign had decided to nurture this young boy as a future Heavenly Monarch for the future of humanity! However, we humans are generally weak in terms of everything. Zi Wei Galaxy and the 3,000 Six Path Worlds are extremely harsh towards the humans and they would do anything to kill any talented humans!”
Jiang Yiqi let out a long breath and said, “But Nong Sovereign’s time is gravely limited now and I am getting old as well. Hence, I would like to request you, Fuxi, to become the guardian of the future human’s Heavenly Monarch and safeguard him and aid in his growth! With your talent, you can surely guarantee his safety so that he would grow into someone that will be of great help for humanity.”
Zhong Yue’s mind went blank upon hearing this request and he suddenly felt extremely bitter.

He felt sour and bitter; he had been working so hard all the while, putting his life on the line every time when he faced off with the many strong foes, surrounded by enemies like hungry wolves and the evil existence that destroyed and sealed Fuxi Celestial Race, fought through every dire situation alone for a brighter future for the humans and searched for a way to lift the seals on the humans.
The path he walked on was a dark one with dangers lurking around and all he had was a weathered bronze lamp, a lamp fire that was not burning bright at all.
But when did he ever falter?
He yearned for acknowledgment, for praise and recognition and he supposed his request did not even cross the line, not even the slightest.
And now, Nong Sovereign and the future Yan Sovereign wanted him to become Gongsun Xuan Yuan’s guardian.
Suddenly, Zhong Yue smiled self-deprecatingly and thought, Can’t believe I got jealous of Xuan Yuan. He is half my disciple, my junior and I’m the one that watched him grow and built the path for him. How can I be jealous of him?
What was his clone, Bo Xun and Long Yue staying back in Ancestral Star and Kun Lun for? What did he aim for?
Was it not because he wanted to guarantee the safety of humanity and take care of Xuan Yuan so that he could grow?

Besides, Nong Sovereign was fond of Xuan Yuan and recognized that he would become a future Heavenly Monarch. If that happened, it was something good for both Xuan Yuan and the humans.

He had an army surround Lei Zhe Galaxy and if anyone other than me walks out from this place, this person will be seized. Do you need me to help you?”
Zhong Yue, however, shook his head and said, “Yan Sovereign, don’t worry about me. Those puny soldiers can’t possibly think they could catch me.”
Jiang Yiqi was skeptical about this but in the end, he still got up and left as he thought, With the help of the old clan master, I certainly have no need to worry about him!
Zhong Yue and the old clan master sent Jiang Yiqi off and the old clan master sighed and said, “The awakened bloodline in you is still too little, which is why you stopped at the 48th level. If you had fully awakened your bloodline, you probably will be the same as the Fuxi girl, breaching through the entire Ancient Lei Zhe Realm.”
Zhong Yue had a shock and he said, “The entire realm?”
The old clan master nodded, “That she did. The girl is a true genius. She managed to harvest the Innate Lei Zhe Dao Fruit but what a shame, she’s a girl and someone with excessive killing intent.”
“Old clan master, can I have another chance? I wish to try again.”
The old clan master was confused and he asked, “Are you not planning to cultivate Pure Yang Yuan Shen and become a god?”
“No, I’ve realized my own flaws and I wish to cultivate more for a period of time before proceeding with the ceremony. I am confident that when I return, I will set my foot on the peak of Ancient Lei Zhe Realm and harvest the fruit!”
The old clan master laughed right away and said, “Good, then you will have what you wished for! However, you must be quick for I will not live for long. It will be less than a few years until my time. I will secure a chance for you to let you leave safely later.”
“Don’t worry about that, I have my own way.”
At the same time, Jiao Qingtu came walking towards them from afar and shouted, “Brother Zhong, how about a friendly match?”
“Shall we do it now?” asked Zhong Yue with a smile.
“As you wish!” shouted Jiao Qingtu, “I want to see your level after such a long time! This time, my cultivation is higher than yours. I don’t believe that you can beat me again!”
He let out a loud screech and his presence became dangerously intimidating. He then turned into a Leizhe Dragon God with thunder and lightning glued to his scales, “Ever since my arrival here, I’ve been training myself hard and obtained this move from my master!
Zhong Yue stood there motionlessly, looking just like a normal human.
Jiao Qingtu charged right at him and left behind a lightning trail. He was a god whose level was higher than Zhong Yue. On top of that, ever since he arrived at the Lei Zhe Galaxy, he received a higher level teaching, more systematic cultivation and even had his bloodline awakened!
Apart from that, Lei Zhe was also a cultivation sacred ground for him; whenever he cultivated in Lei Zhe, his gain would always be two times higher!
His attacks had a very wild and ruthless presence and if compared against the other gods, Jiao Qingtu was definitely one among the top tier!
Zhong Yue remained quiet and unflinching. Without doing nothing, the attack struck onto him directly and after an explosion, the dust cleared and Zhong Yue remained standing still at the same position without moving an inch at all while the totem carvings within Jiao Qingtu’s attack shattered.
Jiao Qingtu had a shock and after a screech, he activated his Dao totem carvings and hurled another terrifying attack towards Zhong Yue, which, no doubt merely caused Zhong Yue’s robe to flutter for a bit.
How is his body so strong?
Jiao Qingtu’s hopes were dashed. He had already used the Dao totem carving and unlike what he expected, the unreasonably strong Zhong Yue did not even flinch, let alone get injured.
How am I supposed to catch up to him?
Jiao Qingtu thought when blood suddenly flowed from Zhong Yue’s mouth, which lit up Jiao Qingtu’s hope again. He then comforted himself by thinking,So he was not invincible after all. He was still hurt by my attack, even if it was just for a bit.
“Brother Qingtu, I think that’s enough. You and I are friends and I suggest we should have a drink after not meeting for such a long time!” said Zhong Yue as he walked towards Jiao Qingtu.
Jiao Qingtu couldn’t help but smile and he said, “Great minds think alike!”
Then for a few days, they both drank and shared their knowledge and ideas in cultivation before Zhong Yue got up and bid farewell with him and the old clan master. On the day of departure, the people of Leizhe Celestial Race showed up and sent him off while supernatural phenomena appeared in the deepest part of Lei Zhe; one after another old Leizhe celestial dragons danced in the skies but instead of coming forward to bid farewell with Zhong Yue, they merely looked at him from afar.
“Young Fuxi, we are too ashamed to come forth and send you off!” An old dragon said emotionally. “Hence, we will send you off right here!”
Dragon roars sounded rhythmically like an ancient war song and Zhong Yue became completely mesmerized by their war song and he asked, “Clan master, they are?”
“They are the remaining Fuxis that were reborn into our Leizhe Celestial Race. However, with them not being Fuxi anymore, they are ashamed to see you,” replied the old clan master.
Zhong Yue was stunned and when he looked at the old dragons, he bowed at them before he summoned and got into the Bi Xie Rhino Carriage.
Jiao Qingtu on the other hand, shouted loudly, “Brother Zhong, if I am right, the blood from your mouth was because you bit yourself fearing that you will hurt my pride, not from actual injuries?”
“Guess it yourself!”
Zhong Yue laughed happily and with a shout, Bi Xie Rhino Carriage crushed the dimension wall between reality and Hell, rode into the Hell’s dimension and vanished.
The many Leizhe Celestial Race’s members looked at Zhong Yue as he vanished and the clan master said, “So that’s how it is… No wonder he said he has his own ways. Such a brilliant boy, I hope he can return the Fuxi Celestial Race to glory again….”
In the deeper parts of Lei Zhe, the old dragons continued singing the Fuxi war song and moments later before they gradually stopped.
On the other side, Jiang Yiqi arrived at Bo Luo Six Path World through the portals spread across Lei Zhe Galaxy and the other parts of the Six Path Worlds before returning to Zi Wei Galaxy through the portal in Bo Luo Six Path World.
The trip was a long one and he needed seven years to return to the Zi Wei Galaxy.
However, just as he had traveled a three years distance, he suddenly saw a portal’s cosmic wave from afar. This teleportation portal cosmic wave was purple and extremely eye-dazzling. Jiang Yiqi pressed his hand down, stalled the teleportal cosmic wave and laughed, “Senior Martial Brother Zi Guang, where are you going?”
The teleportal cosmic wave stopped right away and a carriage was seen, surrounded by beauties and Bi Xie Rhinos. The person in question then exited the carriage and said, “The lord had ordered me to deal with some tiny affairs. What about you, Yiqi?”

“The Imperial Emperor actually had master go through all this fuss, is this not a little bit excessive?” laughed the ladies around King Zi Guang.
King Zi Guang however, did not smile at all and he said seriously instead, “Not at all. In fact, things are not as calm as they used to be. First, the Imperial Road was reopened and someone entered Zi Wei Galaxy from the waste star before disappearing completely without a sign. Then, a Fuxi lady appeared in the Zi Wei Galaxy, which alerted the Imperial Emperor. The Fuxi were annihilated a very long time ago yet now we are finding stragglers that escaped the net. The Imperial Emperor is feeling uneasy with their reappearance.”
He thought and said, “Now, let’s get back to this human Zhong Yue. He defeated all the strong Qi Practitioners in the 3,000 Six Path Worlds, and even Bo Di, the son of Realm Monarch Bo Luo, tasted defeat by his hand. After reading the letter sent in by Realm Monarch Bo Luo with permission from the Imperial Emperor, it was known that he overwhelmed Bo Di with just two strikes. I then went to see Bo Di and I realized that he was not weak at all, he could actually easily grab a seat in the top tier level even among those within the Zi Wei Galaxy. But he was effortlessly defeated by Zhong Yue. This is extremely suspicious as humans do not possess such talent, and so the Imperial Emperor has assigned me to verify whether or not Zhong Yue is a Fuxi.”
He sighed and said, “The human bloodline is weak, weaker than the insect race but at the same time, they possess the strongest bloodline as well. If this human had awakened his bloodline, then things are not going to end well.”
The ladies were all confused by his statement but they did not receive any explanation as King Zi Guang thought, Whether it be humans or Fuxi, I think they must be exterminated or they will become a threat one day. Pure-blooded humans are all pureblood Fuxis and just by thinking of this is already enough to terrorize everyone….
Humans were indeed the weakest race, but there was just way too many of them spread out all across the world. They might have been treated as slaves, livestock and sacrificial offerings but the fact remained that their numbers were high. If they awakened their bloodline all together at one time, it would mean that they who set the humans up will meet their end in no time.
But the humans now can’t do anything yet.
King Zi Guang looked around and he murmured, “Those at the higher-ups ate and enslaved humans as they wished while we at the bottom suffered…. Xi He and Dong Ah, take a look at this human and force his Fuxi True Form out.”
In the carriage, another two young Qi Practitioners walked out and said, “Teacher, why the fuss? Can’t we just kill him straight away?”
King Zi Guang rejected and said, “He has someone backing him. There is an important guest being seen by the Imperial Emperor right now. This guest was one of the Earth Sovereigns Heavenly Monarchs in the ancient days and also the one behind Zhong Yue. Thus, I must not easily harm him or I will offend this guest. But… If he is really a Fuxi, then I can act against him.”
