For a second, Feng Xiaozhong lost his mind under this warm smile and the happy memories he cherished rose.
In the next second, Feng Xiaozhong’s gaze turned devilish and fierce, his hands raised as he mumbled, “You are after all, not her! You are not her!”
“Hurry up!” waved Pan Suxin as she walked away.
The killing intent in his eyes vanished under this wave and he obediently followed behind Pan Suxin as she whispered, “I see the gates now! I’m so nervous right now! We are almost out of here! Make sure you follow behind me closely or you’ll be captured by the demon king King Yi again!”
Feng Xiaozhong nodded, “We will leave whenever you are ready!”
The duo waited for some time until Zhong Yue had the patrols shifting shifts and the two escaped through the loopholes created by the shift changing.
Feng Xiaozhong turned around upon feeling a gaze locking on him and he saw Zhong Yue waving back at him at a corner.
He gave Zhong Yue a complicated glance and he turned away with Pan Suxin seconds later.
As for Pan Suxin, she was shivering under the excitement and disbelief of them getting out, “We actually got out! We escaped from the infamous King Yi’s soldiers! Little Zhong, you really are my lucky star!”
This time, Feng Xiaozhong smiled again but his smile was much more sincere, “Where are you planning to go? Back to Panhu Clan?”
Pan Suxin was caught off guard by this question and she shook her head, “Panhu Clan? I can’t return and there is no other way for them to accept me anymore. Clan master did not hesitate to sacrifice me in order to capture King Yi, if it weren’t for King Yi, I would be dead by now… Little Zhong, the Imperial Star is where the main war is, too chaotic and too cold-blooded for us. Let’s leave this place and together, we will find a peaceful place far away from war.”
“Wherever you go, I will follow.” replied Feng Xiaozhong.
And the two left.
In the fortress, Zhong Yue watched as they left, Yin Fanxuan joined Zhong Yue and she suddenly said, “An ending like theirs is not bad, at least to me.”
Zhong Yue nodded, wrapped his arms around her and said, “I suppose, you and I will be like that one day.”
Yin Fanxuan smiled, “Darling, why do you think Senior Martial Brother Feng will go with her? What if he is as cold-blooded as I thought?”

Feng Wuji rolled his eyes and said, “Elder Luo, do you remember King Yi who disguised as me and acquired the ways of immortality from you without you knowing his true identity? Back then, he promised to spare you and you were extremely furious about it, now that King Yi is just out there, you decide to chicken out instead?”
Hearing this, Elder Luo’s eyes twitched and he said, “Fine, I will come with you and meet King Yi myself!”
Happiness struck Feng Wuji right away and he bowed, “To be honest, I am here under His Majesty’s order, with the token bestowed by His Majesty, I am to persuade the Bohuang Clan. Wuhuai Clan, Shuilong Clan into joining us in this fight. Feng Wuji said, “I’ve brought together many gods with me, together with the Bohuang Clan, Wuhuai Clan, Shuilong Clan, and Wuming Clan. This is also a meritorious deed. His Majesty’s wisdom will still value Wuji despite the faults I have made.”
The two exchanged a look and laughed happily together.
Then, Mo Yin stopped laughing and said solemnly, “Until now I was still thinking, which faction is Mister Wuji from exactly. Please tell me, Mister Wuji.”
Feng Wuji was smiling, “Of course I belong to His Majesty’s faction. Then, which faction is Mister Mo from?”
The two exchanged a look and laughed again.

Jiang Yiqi was an Imperial Emperor. In his Zhu Long dragon form, his speed was incredible. In less than three months, he had arrived in the Xian Tian Palace and delivered Zhong Yue’s letter into King Zi Guang’s hands.
King Zi Guang opened the letter and read:
“You and I both embrace the same status as kings. Now, I am invincible, having killed billions of enemies and brought our forces to Heaven Court’s doorstep. My reputation is as high as the firmament. There are times that I can’t help but think, you stood as a king yet have achieved nothing since the war. I heard that you have the power to bring chaos to the Imperial Star, but I’ve never seen you do it before. But nevermind that, when I finally bring peace to the universe, I will be sure to give you the honor of serving under me as my servant.”
King Zi Guang was angered, he tore the letter into pieces and scolded, “Traitorous Yi! How dare you! He said I did nothing at all and wants me to be his servant! How dare he look down on me! I will go to the Imperial Star and break the stalemate!”
Jiang Yiqi comforted on the side, “Zi Guang, King Yi is only trying to spur you to the Imperial Star by making negative remarks of you. If you fall for it, what will become of the homebase?”
King Zi Guang smiled, “Senior martial brother, do you think I don’t know his intentions? Little did you know, King Yi is now at the Imperial Star’s doorstep. “Why is the Jinti Clan and Bohuang Clan fighting each other?”
Jiang Yiqi recognized the divine weapons. The book was Bohuang Clan’s Book of Bo Huang and the chessboard was Jinti Clan’s Round Sky Square Earth Chessboard. Whereas the monarch spirits were Bohuang Clan’s Monarch Bo Huang and Jinti Clan’s Monarch Jin Ti. The two monarch spirits were fighting each other as if they were archenemies without holding back at all!
It wasn’t a simple outbreak of battle but an all-out war. The two monarch races used their trump cards and were hell-bent on annihilating the other race. Even the spirits of the two races in the Void World were summoned to join the war!
One must know, the strongest trump cards of the monarch races weren’t the Deity Emperors, Creators or Imperial Emperors, but all of those in the present and past. Even after the death of these experts, they were still able to slumber in the Void World and continue existing through constant worship.

Zhong Yue smiled, “It’s only two monarch races, you don’t seem to be worthy of your title as a Mister.”
King Zi Guang replied while smiling, “Only two monarch races? You’ve underestimated me. Look at the Imperial Star again in another dozen days. By then, it won’t just be the war of two monarch races anymore. A true advisor wins a war by strategies, his wisdom alone can win a war and bring peace to the universe. Only a barbarian has to charge at the forefront of the frontline and fight in the battlefield.”
Zhong Yue laughed, “But a certain true advisor had lost billions of his soldiers and trapped in the Heaven Breaching Fortress, only to be saved when the barbarian came charging in to save his hide.”
King Zi Guang’s eyes flared out in anger while Jiang Yiqi quickly stepped in with a smile. “Please, gentlemen, don’t let the others see you two as fools arguing in front of everyone’s faces.”
King Zi Guang smiled, “If he didn’t make all these negative remarks about me, I won’t give a damn of what he does. Yiqi, come, let’s go drink. We need not give our attention to a mere barbarian.”
Jiang Yiqi was puzzled, “You’ve raised the war between the Jinti Clan and Bohuang Clan, but what about the other monarch races? The Imperial Star’s situation is not chaotic enough yet.”
King Zi Guang was smiling, “You pull a single hair and the whole body moves with it. The relationships between the races in the Imperial Star are complicated. I only need to do a small thing and that will be enough to erupt the whole situation in the Imperial Star. I won’t need to do anything extra and the races will war against each other on their own. Even when there are races that intend to stay out of it will be dragged into the turmoils by the other races around.”
“You only did one thing and the races will war on their own?” Jiang Yiqi was shocked, he asked puzzlingly, “What did you do?”

Two days had passed since and the Shuilong Clan stepped into the war. They sent out their monarch weapon, summoned their spirits from the Void World and joined forces with the Bohuang Clan against the Jinti Clan.
Immediately, extermination was at Jinti Clan’s doorstep. Left with no choice, the Jinti Clan delivered their saint lady to the Zunlu Clan overnight. The Zunlu Clan’s clan master long had his eyes on the Jinti Clan’s saint lady. Right after he was given the saint lady, the Zunlu Clan has allied with the JInti Clan and sent out reinforcements to aid them in the war.
