King Zi Guang smiled, “A few days is all it needs to reveal the final answer. My thought is that he is intending to fight war with war, invade like burning flames, and strengthen himself through plundering the resources of others.”
Two months passed by and a guard came rushing in report, “Mister Yi has attacked the Fei Yi Celestial Race. Enslaved a million and raided the whole sacred land!’
Imperial Emperor Xian Tian exclaimed again, “The Fei Yi Celestial Race is one of the races under my forces, why did he raid it?”
“The Fei Yi Celestial Race must be one of the 16 traitors.” King Zi Guang said, “Imperial Emperor, please calm down.”
Then, another news came soon, “Reporting to the Imperial Emperor, Mister Yi has raided the Zheng Race, enslaved a million and captured the Zheng Creator!”
“Reporting to the Imperial Emperor, Mister Yi has raided the Meng Huai Celestial Race, the Meng Huai Heavens are robbed by him!”
“Reporting to the Imperial Emperor, Mister Yi has raided…”

The news came in one after another. For every two to three months, there would be words of Zhong Yue raiding the races’ sacred lands reported to Imperial Emperor Xian Tian. Even King Zi Guang couldn’t have calm himself now, he mumbled, “Strange, he has raided 15 races, were all those we attacked the Heaven Suppressing Palace belonging to Imperial Emperor’s forces?”
Imperial Emperor Xian Tian smirked in anger, “Damn these brats, they dare to betray me? How presumptuous!”
King Zi Guang also sneered coldly, “Traitor Yi is the only traitor! He must’ve been framing these races for betraying Imperial Emperor! Imperial Emperor, you should order Traitor Yi to return now and sentence him for his sins!”
“Mister Yi has raided the Chang Cheng Celestial Race!”
“Mister Yi has raided the Pao Xiao Celestial Race!”
“Mister Yi ambushed by the Ju Fu Celestial Race. He killed Ju Fu and the other Creators, the enemy’s four sacred lands were raided!”

As the news continued to flow in, Imperial Emperor Xian Tian and King Zi Guang were left dumbfounded. The opened the star map and saw the Chang Cheng, Ju Fu, Pao Xiao, and the others were all not belonging to Imperial Emperor Xian Tian’s forces.
In just a few years time, all of the races around Heaven Suppressing Palace were raided.
Then, Mu Suge reported, “Father, Mister Yi has returned and reclaimed the Heaven Suppressing Palace. The Shan Hun Demon Race is killed! He now has 30 million armies with him!”
Imperial Emperor Xian Tian praised, “No wonder he says he needs full power outside of Xian Tian Palace. If I’ve ordered him to return earlier, he would’ve never been able to do this. Zi Guang, thankfully I didn’t listen to you, else, he would’ve stomped his leg and cursed you again.”
King Zi Guang smiled, “If Mister Yi can serve Imperial Emperor, I will surely not stop him and leave him be. However, if he is intentionally framing the innocents so he could plunder them, then he is being excessive. Furthermore, the Shan Hun Demon Race had been claiming the Heaven Suppressing Palace for so long, the Heaven Court’s army will soon be arriving. With 30 million untrained armies, it will be very hard for him to defend the Heaven Court’s elites. Thus, I still plead Imperial Emperor to personally head over to the Heaven Suppressing Palace, one to stop the Heaven Court, and the other to stem his wild behavior.”

Imperial Emperor Xian Tian was quick. He brought King Zi Guang along with him and arrived at the Heaven Suppressing Prefecture in just ten days. The average Deity Emperors would take at least a year to reach.
When the two arrived outside of the majestic stronghold, they looked up and found the Heaven Suppressing Prefecture now taking a one-eighty change for the better.
There was a gargantuan twin-tailed snake coiling around the wall towers with dark metal bored through its Yuan Shen and mortal body, the changes of his prowess were shackled away.
Then, there were black apes holding on canes standing guard beside the city gates. Their sharp fangs protruded out of their mouths, making their faces looked even more ferocious than it normally would.
There was also a huge creature with the face of a man, teeth of a tiger, and eyes grown on below its armpits. It was a Pao Xiao Creator who was beaten back into its true form, crawling on the ground with its four limbs down to the floor. It was tied to the other city gates.
There were thousands of gods pulling a twin-headed godly bird who appeared to also be a Creator, but one from the Man Man Celestial Race. There were metal chains that shackled its Yuan Shen and mortal body, stopping it from unleashing its full power. The godly bird was still struggling, it shrieked sharply and shuddered the gods around to the ground.
All of a sudden, a Deity Overlord cast the metal chains and like snakes, the metal chains coiled tightly around the Man Man Creator, inflicting immense pain while leaving no room for it to struggle.
“Throw him into the star river, let him be awakened from his absurd dream!” The Deity Overlord shouted loudly.
Then, the thousands of gods have thrown the Man Man Creator down into the star river outside of the city. The river composed of countless stars has crashed on the Creator’s body, perforating his mortal body and Yuan Shen.
It was only sometime later that the gods retracted the metal chains and pulled back the perforated Man Man Creator. The godly bird’s mortal body has recovered, he morphed into a tens of thousand miles wide bird and quietly squat beside the city gate guarding it.
Imperial Emperor Xian Tian and King Zi Guang were dumbfounded with their mouths agape. This was just a small corner of the whole Heaven Suppressing Prefecture, there were still over fifty Creators that were taken captive, shackled of their mortal bodies and Yuan Shens.
Around the Heaven Suppressing Prefecture, there were 28 sacred lands. These sacred lands were raided by Zhong Yue, the Creators of the sacred lands were either killed, escaped, and the rest taken captives.
King Zi Guang counted the heads and found that there were a total of 56 Creators.
These Creators were all tamed, pulled by the gods and ordered to enter the star river to search for treasures within. These Creators were shuttling in the star river, getting suppressed by the star river into a shabby state but didn’t dare to resist.
“If these Creators are to riot and resist…” King Zi Guang’s eyelids thumped and he murmured, “His one million gods aren’t even enough to fill the Creators’ stomach! More so, there are so many Deity Emperors in addition to the tens of million war slaves! He is playing with fire!”
Imperial Emperor Xian Tian was also terrified, but when he saw the metal chains shackling on the Creators were linked to the star river, he heaved a breath of relief and said smiling, “These Creators had their mortal body and Yuan Shen shackled, if they dared to resist, they would be dragged into the star river and killed in it. Zi Guang, you are over-worrying things.”
King Zi Guang shook his head, he looked into the city and saw flames burning up high the sky. There were over 30 millions of slaves that were forging all kinds of divine weapons. The furnaces were burning high, painting the majestic stronghold in a warm glow. He said, “He has lost over a 100,000 of his men, there are only around 800,000 left. How can he suppress 30 million slaves with only 800,000? He is too aggressive.”
They didn’t enter the stronghold but only stood outside and watch quietly. There were doors, towers, buildings, palaces, and, halls across the stronghold that were continuously attracting the star lights and Metamagnet Divine Rays down into them, then surging the energies into the divine weapons.
Zhong Yue’s and Mu Suge’s armies were moving in and out from the doors, appearing from one end to the other. These were the Astral Doors, their energies supplied by the star river’s power.
Not only that, but they also saw 36 Heavens hovering up above like 36 bright pearls!
Only three of these 36 Heavens were granted by Imperial Emperor Xian Tian, the rest 33 Heavens were all plundered from the sacred lands around!
These 36 Heavens alone were incredible treasures, be it when it’s used to forge weapons or act as weapons, they were of great use!
And this was what Zhong Yue was doing now, he used the 36 Heavens as an energy source to forge the weapons. The Heavens’ powers billowed as the forging divine weapons was underway.
“King Yi’s power is too little, if he had more, the Heaven Suppressing Grand Stronghold would be entirely secured.” Imperial Emperor Xian Tian looked into the stronghold and smiled, “Now that the Heaven Court’s armies are around the corner, I am afraid that he is not able to defend the Heaven Suppressing Grand Stronghold. If he was given a thousand years time, he would surrely be able to forge the Heaven Suppressing Grand Stronghold into an unbreakable point of defense!”
It was then that the city gate suddenly opened wide. Imperial Emperor Xian Tian and King Zi Guang were puzzled for a moment until they saw a huge planet flying toward them. There were wild humans that held the suns above them, circumnavigating around the planet as they headed for the Heaven Suppressing Palace.
“The ancient universe’s human barbarians!” King Zi Guang exclaimed in shock.
The planet was none other than the Star Torrent Fortress. After seven years of time, it has finally reached the Zi Wei Galaxy and arrived at the Heaven Suppressing Palace from the ancient universe!
For the Heaven Suppressing Palace’s city gate to open widely, Zhong Yue would’ve clearly known of the Star Torrent Fortress’s arrival. That’s why he has opened the gate to welcome them.
“The Star Torrent Fortress seemed to have just experienced a hard-fought battle!” King Zi Guang looked carefully and his heart shuddered. He has figured it out and praised, “I see, I see! Imperial Emperor, the Star Torrent Fortress human barbarians have ambushed the Heaven Court’s armies! Now, the Heaven Court’s forces must’ve been shattered!”
Imperial Emperor Xian Tian squinted his eyes and looked further. Surely enough, there were many Heaven Court’s war captives held within the Star Torrent Fortress, they numbered about a million and were suppressed by the humans. The planters orbiting the Star Torrent Fortress were also seen sustaining different levels of destructions. Clearly, the wild humans had just clashed with a strong force and fought hard in the battles!
“Zi Guang, can the Creators now riot and claim the Heaven Suppressing Grand Stronghold?” Imperial Emperor Xian Tian asked in a slow tone.
King Zi Guang shook as he praised, “With the human barbarians of the Star Torrent Fortress, the 30 million slaves will never be able to twist their fate anymore. They will be gathered together into an army of celestials and demons by Mister Yi. The Heaven Suppressing Palace will be unbreakable!”
He hesitated, and said, “Imperial Emperor, you should recall the third prince.”
Imperial Emperor Xian Tian was puzzled, he laughed, “He wanted me to send someone to supervise him, and so I sent Suge. Then now you are telling me to pull Suge back? Have you changed your mind? Do you think King Yi will not betray me anymore?”
King Zi Guang replied, “Before, Mister Yi’s forces are little, only a million; now, he has more than 30 million in his hands. His Highness will not be able to stand on par with his power. If he revolts, His Highness will become a hostage to Imperial Emperor. Thus, I plead Imperial Emperor to recall His Highness.”
Imperial Emperor Xian Tian smiled, “I see. Zi Guang, you sure are overthinking things now. If King Yi tries to threaten me with my third son, then he will not be the Mister Yi I have valued so much before. Suge will stay, he will be able to learn from King Yi.”
Immediately, King Zi Guang’s scalp tingled.
What Imperial Emperor Xian Tian really meant was that even if Mu Suge was taken hostage by Zhong Yue, he wouldn’t care anyway. Third Prince Mu’s life would not be able to affect him at all.
The reason he has left Mu Suge here was to monitor Zhong Yue’s movements.
“King Zi, let’s return. The Heaven Suppressing Palace does not require our attention anymore.” Imperial Emperor Xian Tian laughed and left. He said casually, “Just like he said, he is really able to even assist Xian Tian Palace’s two sides. King Yi is a real godly man!”
King Zi Guang looked at the Heaven Suppressing Palace and praised in his hear too. Then, his eyes fell onto two statues raised in the Star Torrent Fortress—the Fuxi and Nuwa. He shook and returned to Xian Tian Palace with Imperial Emperor Xian Tian, he thought, If Mister Yi is really a loyal subject to His Majesty, Imperial Emperor’s quest will be much easier than we can all expect. But shame, I can’t seem to shake this ominous feeling in my heart…
In the Heaven Suppressing Grand Stronghold, Zhong Yue welcomed the Star Torrent Fortress and smiled, “Everyone, I’ve made you tired coming all this way.”
The humans of the Star Torrent Fortress had always been courageous. While they were on their way, they bumped into the Heaven Court’s armies sent to take control of the Heaven Suppressing Palace.
The Star Torrent Fortress humans have quietly launched an ambush on the Heaven Court’s armies and slaughtered the unprepared soldiers, taken captives of over a million gods.
And this was all just within Zhong Yue’s plan. He had calculated the Heaven Suppressing Palace claimed by the sacred lands, and the Heaven Court’s armies sent to control the Heaven Suppressing Palace. Thus, he ordered the Star Torrent Fortress to hasten their speed so that they could intercept the Heaven Court’s forces and launch an ambush. With this, the Heaven Suppressing Palace’s safety would never be shaken anymore!
As the Star Torrent Fortress experts have joined them, Zhong Yue immediately distributed the over 30 million gods amongst the human gods. Some of the war captives were taken as mounts, some slaves, and some soldiers.
With the human experts, the Heaven Suppressing Palace would be safe and secured. The captivated gods would not be able to pose any threats to them, let alone rioting. Zhong Yue could finally be relaxed.
Fu Li had returned the 700 thousand Tiger Jiao Calvaries back to Mu Suge. Zhong Yue also allocated over a million captives to Mu Suge. As such, Mu Suge would have 2.6 million gods under his command. This immediately elevated the strength of his force to a new level.
However, when compared to the Xian Tian Royal Guards and humans, he was still just as insignificant as before.
Initially, the 56 Creators were still trying their luck escaping or even seizing the Heaven Suppressing Palace, but when they saw the experts from the human race coming in, including some of the strong and powerful Creators, they have all ceased their thoughts ever since.
Zhong Yue had arranged the Star Torrent Fortress to remain in the stronghold. The 300 million humans were resting in the stronghold. When the human race’s leader, Fu Qizhi and the other elders saw the rich resources in the stronghold, they all couldn’t help but praise as they walked out of the Star Torrent Fortress.
“It has been 80,000 years since our ancestors fled from Zi Wei. I never thought we would one day return to Zi Wei.” Fu Qizhu was tearing and he knelt to the ground. He kissed the soil and murmured, “When will the day come when we humans can straighten our backs and raise our heads high again? When will it be that we can recover the glory of our ancestors?”
The other human elders were looking afar. There, the 8,000 Fuxis were ordering the slaves to forge the powerful divine weapons. They were shocked and couldn’t believe their eyes.
“8,000 Fuxis, is the Fuxi Clan resurfacing from the shadows?” Fu Qizhi stood up, he led the other human elders and leaders, and bowed at Zhong Yue. He said solemnly, “We greet our master!”
“We greet our master!”
Zhong Yue laughed happily and helped them, he said, “A hundred thousand years ago, we were one. Why the formality? Get up, quickly get up!”
Chapter 892: Prehistoric Dark Era |
With the many Star Torrent Fortress’ new forces joining Heaven Suppressing Grand Stronghold, Zhong Yue’s speed increased rapidly; with the new forces and the original 30 million men all throwing themselves into construction, Heaven Suppressing Grand Stronghold was changing every day at every moment.
In order to make Heaven Suppressing Grand Stronghold indestructible, Zhong Yue spent a great deal of efforts on the warships, fortresses, courts, palaces, banners, war drums, bows, spears, and other military equipment. All of them were redesigned by him and passed to Chi Song and the others to be produced.
With more than 3 million men hammering at the many Desolate Lightning Heavenly Furnace, refining them with their own totem patterns, the scene invoked a feeling of awe.
And there were also other men that Zhong Yue separated from the rest; these were the 8 million strongest men that were tasked with operating the eight scrolls while 60 Creators, Deity and Demonic Overlords gathered around as they channeled the power of the 28 Heavens into the eight scrolls.
With that, eight array formations became increasingly stronger as time passed, there were signs of Secular Worlds emerging within, it was only a matter of time before it turned into a Creator level item!
Meanwhile, there were another 2 million men were dispatched to monitor the four Creators beside the City Gates of Vermilion Bird, Black Tortoise, Azure Dragon, and White Tiger. The Creators were forced to dive into star river, salvaging any items they could, especially those precious items like the micro-universes.
