Yi Chou’s heart sank to the bottom and he shown himself, shouted, “Spirits of the Fire Order Era, have you forgotten the ancient agreement? How could you break the agreements you made with Heaven?”
The fire spirit leader put out the raging flame engulfing the ancient ship with a flip of his palm, turned around and said with a thick voice, “But we too, came into an agreement with the Fuxi Celestial Race. Now, this little Fuxi demands us to abide to the agreement we had with Fuxi Celestial Race, which conflicts with our agreement with Heaven. What do we do?”
A relieved Yi Chou let his guard down, closed in rapidly and said, “If so, then please, fire spirits, you should stay out of the way, I will execute this Fuxi myself.”
The fire spirits exchanged a glance and the fire spirit leader said with a rumbling voice, “As per the agreements, we shouldn’t be interfering with your businesses but our leader wants us to help him to annihilate you.”
“Leader?”
Yi Chou staggered and he asked in confusion, “Aren’t you the fire spirits’ leader?”
“No, he is!”
The fire spirit leader pointed his large finger towards Zhong Yue’s shoulder and when Yi Chou looked towards the point, there was a little flame standing on Zhong Yue’s shoulder. This proud and arrogant little flame was crossing his arms and he gave Yi Chou a mocking laugh.
“Great leader Xin Huo is the first fire spirit of the Fire Order Era, he is the flame of inheritance created by the first Heavenly Monarch using the galaxy soul.”
The fire spirit said, “He is the leader of all divine fire and his request, we can not reject. Now, he wants us to kill you and rebuild the Imperial Road of Heavenly Monarch.”
Knowing this was bad, Yi Chou flew into the air right away but just as he leaped into the air, the fire spirit leader’s palm emerged from Yi Chou’s chest, burning up his Yuan Shen and body.
“Thus, we shall all abide by his will,” mumbled the fire spirit leader.
Chapter 1023: The Trembling Imperial Stars |
In a split second, Yi Chou was burned into ashes, with his spirit and soul also suffering the same fate!
The other fire spirits flew towards the ancient ruins, scattering around the mountains and hunting down Ding Si, Yi Mo, and the other jar wardens who were scanning around for enemy movements. These wardens were loyally carrying out their duty when the fire spirits swarmed them down and burned them to death!
These fire spirits then carried one after another divine mountains, reforming the portal array and started divine fire to reforge the broken teleportal.
After bathing in countless years of worship, these fire spirits had evolved near to becoming innate gods and they too, started to have their own intelligence, being able to think and communicate.
And this was where a terrifying yet exciting possibility started to emerge in Zhong Yue’s mind, the possibility of the Yanzi Clan coming back to life!
These fire spirits were spirits born from the worship of living beings in the Fire Order Era, granting them the form of the most perfect Sui Sovereign’s form. Hence, if these fire spirits became innate gods, they would all become innate Sui Sovereigns!

The slithering fire spirit leader moved towards the Imperial Road of Heavenly Monarch’s teleportal array, picked Zhong Yue and Hundun Yu up halfway and said, “We made a deal with Heaven that we would only stay in this place and not step foot outside the boundaries of this land to protect the last of the Fire Order Era. In exchange, we will terminate all intruders in this land for Heaven. But now, we have to break this agreement and I fear the punishment that awaits.”
Hearing this, Xin Huo could no longer manage to keep his cool and he shouted, “What is this Heaven? Great Sui discovered the Heavenly Dao, it consists of 30 Heavenly Daos Pictures. These pictures can’t possibly come to life and make an agreement with you!”
“Heaven is a life form, one that is even more superior to us.”
The fire spirit leader slithered towards Imperial Road of Heavenly Monarch, “He is the ruler of this universe, his wisdom deeper than the galaxy, stronger than the wilds and I have never seen such perfect life form. He descends upon this world, made an agreement with us, just like how you led Fuxi and Nuwa to us and made the agreement.”
This time, Zhong Yue stepped in and asked, “So… what does this Heaven look like?”
His question had the fire spirit leader stopped slithering and after giving it a moment of thinking, the fire spirit leader shook his head, “I can’t remember.”
“You can’t remember?”
His reply caught Zhong Yue and Xin Huo off guard; these fire spirits all took the appearance and form of Sui Sovereign, the strongest spirits born from the worshipping towards Imperial Star, how was it possible for something incredible failed to remember something?
Could that Mister Bi Luo be Heaven?
Zhong Yue thought as he tried to recall Mister Bi Luo’s looks only to no avail.
Mister Bi Luo was an odd one but he probably wasn’t Heaven for he needed Tian Yi to help him predict the future. Besides, he needed precious items to help him secure his position.
“We’ve all seen Heaven, but sadly, we can’t remember his appearance.”
Upon arriving at the ancient ruins, the fire spirit leader put down Zhong Yue and Hundun Yu, “Along with Heaven, there are also a few living beings with absolute power. But similar to Heaven, they were no longer in this world. We just can’t sense their presence anymore.”
Xin Huo smirked, “But I am your great leader, any agreements that did not receive my approval are all voided!”
The fire spirit leader shook his head and rebutted, “Great Xin Huo Leader, your power is too weak, you will be no match for them.”
Devastated by this statement, the flame on this little flame extinguished a little.
Something tickled Zhong Yue’s senses right away and he asked suddenly, “Fire spirits of the Fire Order Era! I, the leader of Fuxi Celestial Race, wish to sign a new agreement with you!”

As he spoke, the flame on these powerful fire spirits waved against the wind, the fire in their eyes sparked and they all stared right into Zhong Yue’s eyes as if they were considering his offer.
Zhong Yue shouted, “As the last survivor of the Earth Order Era, and final spirits from the Fire Order Era, will you enter a contract with me?”
Suddenly, the fire spirit leader bowed and so did the other fire spirits, “Ancient Great Xin Huo Leader, we would like you to witness this agreement.”
Excited, Xin Huo flew into the air and announced, “Back then, I witnessed your agreement with Fuxi and Nuwa, now, I will once again witness the agreement between you and the last living member of the Fuxi Celestial Race!”
Bright light emitted from the back of the fire spirit leader, turned into five light wheels, each with an altar in it, all with a sun hanging high up in the skies and underneath the sun was the Fusang Tree’s carvings. There was also a Golden Crow on every altar and the Golden Crow divine bird was shrouded in light!

Zhong Yue was stunned, What is my Fuxi Celestial Race’s emblem?
The Fuxi Celestial Race’s civilization had long since disappeared in history. Zhong Yue felt a sudden pang of sorrow that he did not even know what his race’s emblem was.
Xin Huo too, had never told him about the Fuxi Celestial Race’s emblem, and Zhong Yue never thought to ask Feng Ji about it before.
And now, after the fire spirit leader presented the Yanzi Clan’s emblem to make an agreement with him, it was naturally his turn to do the same. Only by two races’ emblems bonding together would the agreement come into effect.

The Yanzi Clan’s emblem at the back of the fire spirit leader’s head flew forward, merged with Fuxi Celestial Race’s emblem and with that, the alliance between the race that ruled Fire Order Era and Earth Order Era, the races that had lost their former glory and honor!
After the emblems bonded together, they dived and disappeared into Zhong Yue’s forehead!
“At this very moment, the agreement has been ratified!”
Xin Huo announced, “Now, spirits of Yanzi Clan, its time for you to honor your promise.”
“Your will is our command, great leader. Fuxi Celestial Race, do not forget your promise.”
The wind blew and the fire spirits moved, dived into Zhong Yue’s forehead in lightning speed and forced out Zhong Yue’s Yuan Shen uncontrollably. His Yuan Shen suddenly twisted around, his head turned dragon, taking the Sui Sovereign’s shape as the many gigantic fire spirits merged with his soul!
These fire spirits turned into fire sparks that bonded with his spirit, in an instant, endless heat swarmed Zhong Yue, this was the utmost terrifying power that lit up the darkest time in the Fire Order Era!
Fire raged around Zhong Yue, infusing him with endless experience and knowledge about lightning fire, filling his body with never-ending strength!
This strength was so raw, wild and ruthless that he felt that he had became the Sui Sovereign that ruled the Fire Order Era!
Apart from that, the ancient continent rumbled upon this power, the brandings of the many Heavenly Sovereigns Heavenly Monarchs in this Imperial Star remnant flowed into his body!
These were every single bit of these glorious ones’ knowledge, experience and understanding on Daos and everything, though endless and messy, they were advanced and priceless!
The monarch brandings turned into sky covering lights, slowly flowed into Zhong Yue’s body and the mighty power hidden deep within the many major and minor secret realms, awaiting him to explore and develop them!
After a very long time, with the final strand of the light entering Zhong Yue’s body, the environment dimmed down while Zhong Yue felt relentless power coursing through his veins; without him knowing, an innate divine fire Dao had appeared inside him. This Dao was far superior to the innate Sun Dao that Celestial Monarch Jin Wu had helped him to develop!
This was the monarch-like power!
A power so strong that Zhong Yue felt as if he could even contend with a Heavenly Monarch!
These were Daos of monarchs!
Daos as the result from the condensation of the remaining Daos pieces left in this ancient continental!
This innate divine fire Dao he was unable to fully utilize yet but after learning the wonders in it, part of its power was within his grasp!
And that alone, was already impressive enough!
Besides, the variety in the spirits within his Yuan Shen had exceeded one hundred types; if he had the fire spirit leader control the innate divine fire Daos, the power he’d be able to unleash would be beyond imagination. And although he would still be not quite as powerful as a Heavenly Monarch, he would be on par with a peak Imperial Emperor!
These fire spirits had already merged with him, turning themselves into part of him, but this merging was only partially for these spirits would one day detach themselves from his Yuan Shen to accept the worship and prayers from the living beings so that they could evolve into innate gods.

This ancient ruins itself was the teleportal in Imperial Road of Heavenly Monarch; after years of sealing and abandonment, time had eroded this portal, rendering it unusable. But after being repaired by the fire spirits, Imperial Road of Heavenly Monarch had regained its former glory.
This planet size teleportal was almost exactly the same as the one Zhong Yue saw in Celestial Fire Star.
Zhong Yue calmed himself down, activating the portal and a massive light stream shot right into the void!
Knowing that it was time to enter, Zhong Yue controlled the ancient ship into the light stream without hesitation.
Senior Martial Brother Feng said that there was something I need in Imperial Road of Heavenly Monarch, now, I shall reveal the mystery.
He thought.
At the same time in the Heaven Court, a shout was heard and the Tian Shi Celestial Race’s gods all looked into the skies in Zi Wei, where a light stream shone brightly in the deepest part of Heaven Court, shot towards the skies and headed directly towards the first Six Path World!
Wherever this bright light stream passed, every other light source lost their colour before the light stream!
The stars in the skies trembled before the light stream and they were all slowly dragged away by the light stream that disrupted the trails!

A god shrieked in fear, “Report this to His Majesty and Imperial Emperor Xian Tian, Bi Luo Palace too!”
His subordinate quickly asked, “Imperial Emperor Xian Tian is in bad condition with His Majesty now, do we really have to notify him?”

“I know, you’re dismissed,” waved Mister Bi Luo.
The mister frowned slightly, This is the second time the Imperial Road of Heavenly Monarch emerged again. Back then, we failed to locate the one who entered Zi Wei from the abandoned star but now that the ancient continent is guarded heavily, this person still managed to escape with Imperial Road of Heavenly Monarch? Who is this person?
