His voice rumbled through the skies and suppressed Imperial Emperor Xian Tian’s voice and the other three monarchs’ voice as he demonstrated extraordinary power.
With that, the five strongest existences in this world dispersed their avatars and headed into Ling Xiao Palace.
The 24 monarch weapons, however, remained brightly illuminated and suppressed the Heaven Court.

“Mister Mo,” greeted Zhong Yue.
The two then sat under the Fusang Tree with Zhong Yue saying first, “I never would have thought Mister Mo was an expert in this field.”
Mo Yin said, “There are three types of arts left behind by the ancestors of my clan to calm the world. The first is the Six Paths, the second is fate and the third is karma. Acquiring one is sufficient to acquire the entire world. I have mastered the art of fate to a certain extent. I serve under Heavenly Monarch Di Ming and swore to bring His Majesty a peaceful world by clearing the darkness in this world!”
Zhong Yue’s heart pumped quickly for a second, The ancestors he spoke about, could they be the Fuxi Celestial Race? Six Paths, karma, fate…. The Six Paths is about controlling Reincarnation, karma is about controlling the world’s karma and fate was about manipulating fate.
Mo Yin then continued, “However, because of some unfortunate events, a traitor that had once mastered the art of Six Paths betrayed our clan and after a disastrous event, our clan is now gone. We have lost the art of karma and fate and I only managed to learn some of the art of fate through the ancient books I found. Mister Yi, your words about intelligence being nothing without strength really hit me hard. But as a reborn innate god, you wouldn’t be able to understand how a sad child who only wants to restore his clan’s honor would feel.”
Zhong Yue replied, “I once had some conflict with a lady that can manipulate karma. I wonder if Mister Mo knows her?”
“Consort Tian Si?”
Mo Yin blinked his eyes, “I met her once but our ideas are diametrically opposite. Her husband and her are both rare talents, but our ideas destined that we won’t be able to work together. Mister Yi, I see that you have undergone quite a vigorous change? Your fate has dropped drastically, I am sure something unpleasant has happened.”
Mo Yin continued, “As soon as the fate decreases, one’s fate will drop for the second and third time. The first time is still acceptable but the second time will start to wear one out and the third will kill that person. I am worried that you would not make it through the three falls. Previously, your fate is so strong that you have shown talents and signs of becoming a Heavenly Monarch. But now, your fate must have been destroyed by someone. Even if you are an innate god, this is not how fate works so you definitely have another identity that I do not know about.”
Zhong Yue was in awe hearing this; Great Si Ming destroyed his Imperial Star, shattered his future fate but now, a mere True Deity like Mo Yin managed to see through everything so Zhong Yue asked, “Mister Mo, do you have any techniques in repairing fate?”
Mo Yin replied, “I have a technique to steal fate. I can rob Imperial Emperor Xian Tian of his fate and transfer it to you. Imperial Emperor Xian Tian wants to use your fate to become the Heavenly Monarch and in the same way, you can steal his fate to power yourself.”
Zhong Yue smiled, “If this technique of yours is so powerful, why is Heavenly Monarch’s fate now being split into five portions?”
“The more ups and downs there are in Heavenly Monarch Di Ming’s life, the more he will rely on me.”
Mo Yin said, “That’s why, I want to make myself someone that can be relied on but not on everything. I can’t help him to conquer the world in one go and have to make him rely on me more and more. That way, I will be able to ask for more goods from him to make my clan great again.”
Zhong Yue’s heart thumped hearing this and he gave Mo Yin a glance, “Mister Mo, don’t you think you are playing with fire? I fear that you will eventually burn yourself.”
Mo Yin laughed, “But you haven’t answered my question, Mister Yi. Do you want to steal Imperial Emperor Xian Tian’s fate?”
“There will be no eggs preserved if the nest falls. Now is still not the time.”
Zhong Yue smiled, “Perhaps in the future, Mister Mo will help me to steal his fate when you serve under me.”
Mo Yin sighed right away, “I fear that there will not be the chance. In order to prove that I am useful to Heavenly Monarch Di Ming, I need your life to do so. Mo Yin stood up, started leaving while he said, “I am very curious if Mister Yi’s skills are better than pure intelligence.”
Zhong Yue watched him as he left and Fu Li walked up, “This brat is a human too but why is he such a bitch? Why is he treating you like that even though we are all humans?”
“He and I, we are the same type. We are willing to give everything we have for the human race but our ways are different.”
Zhong Yue figured for a while and asked, “Fu Li, do you know the saying about Six Paths, fate and karma?”
Fu Li replied, “There are some related things recorded in the ancient books in Star Torrent Fortress. They say that in the Earth Order Era’s Heaven Court, Fuxi’s Feng Clan had ten sects, the Tian Qiong, Tian Qi, Tian Yi, He Xiong, Tian Yang, Tian You, Hou Niao, Hou Chong, Lei Yu, and Tian Huang, each had different responsibilities. Tian Qiong was responsible for controlling the herbs and medicine in all worlds, Tian Qi on the heavenly weapons, Tian Yi on the Fuxi Celestial Race’s army, He Xiong on marriage, Tian Yang on the male gods, Tian You on the female gods, Lei Yu on the weather, Hou Niao on the bird bodied gods, Hou Chong on the insect race, and the Tian Huang on the worlds’ lifelines.”
“Among them, Tian Huang had three divisions that controlled Six Paths, fate and karma respectively. Their power is incredible. They all had a heaven scroll but the scrolls have gone missing since the war.”
Zhong Yue’s heart thumped, Mo Yin and Tian Si are descendants of Tian Huang?
Fu Li then asked, “What did he mean by grilling you, master?”
“He is in charge of the Board of Saints, making it easy for him to grill me. All he had to do was just move me into the top in Board of Saints and I will become the target of all Heavenly Deities in the world.”
Zhong Yue said, “Do you think the other gods will be happy with that?”
Just as they were talking, noises rose from the outside and the many gods shouted, “The Board of Saints has changed!”
“The number one in the Board of Saints has changed!”
“Xian Tian Palace’s Yi Feng and his wife now occupy the top spots on the Board of Saints!”
“Board of Saints has always been impartial. What did Mister Yi and Yin Fanxuan do to make their rank rise all the way up to the top?”
“The True Deity level Board of Saints is also altered, a guy name Hundun Yu is now on the top!”
“So this is what he meant by grilling,” said Zhong Yue after hearing the news, “He threw us into the Board of Saints to grill us by making us the target of the other gods around us.”
His eyes blinked, “Among those challengers, there are bound to be some that carry deadly weapons that are extremely lethal against us. There will be weapons specifically forged by Old Man Xuan and Qi that will threaten us greatly!”
Fu Li had a scare and he immediately shouted, “Then master and madam should not accept their challenge!”
Suddenly, Yin Fanxuan’s voice was heard, “Why not! How can we not accept the challenge?”
Zhong Yue looked towards her and after seeing how energetic she was after coming out from her cultivation, he said, “Have you figured out a way to break the Divine Dragon Bell, darling?”
“Not yet, I can’t guarantee it yet,” replied Yin Fanxuan.
“How are the chances?” asked Zhong Yue.
“Less than 20%,” said a hesitant Yin Fanxuan.
“Then I will accept and take on the challenges issued to you.”
Zhong Yue said decisively, “And Fu Li, you have to be careful as well. Your weakness has been exposed, be careful of that needle! Mo Yin will definitely hand it over to someone else to kill you!”
Upon thinking of this needle, Fu Li’s heart thumped and he couldn’t help but shiver for a bit.
Zhong Yue then looked at Hundun Yu and asked, “The tree still couldn’t be kept away?”
“If I kept it away, we would be crushed by the might of the other monarch weapons,” replied Hundun Yu.
“Without the tree, the scissors will be able to kill you like an ant. Mo Yin is really hard to deal with! He has planned everything out!”
Zhong Yue stood up and walked away, “I will head over to Huaxu Clan’s residence and look for a way for Fu Li to cultivate the seventh spine. You all stay here for the time being, do not leave this place recklessly!”

Now that the Yinkang Clan had broken the curse from Heavenly Monarch Tian Yuan, they could finally get out from the State of Heavenly River. Hence, they wouldn’t want to miss the chance to attend the birthday celebration.
This celebration was greatly related to the fight for the world’s fate, and if the Yinkang Clan did not participate, when the Heavenly Monarch’s seat was claimed by someone else, everyone on the spot will try to get a piece of the cake and there would no longer be any space for the Yinkang Clan.
The clan master of the Yinkang Clan, Yin Bokang, knew this for sure and so would most likely see no other option but to come to the celebration.
Hundun Yu looked at the Fusang Tree and after a moment of consideration, he followed behind Zhong Yue, “No one is brave enough to walk too close to the tree. My ancestor wanted me to follow you so I’ll go where you go.”
Seeing no reason to turn them down, Zhong Yue had no choice but to let them follow behind.
The four exited the palace and with the perfect formation formed by the 24 monarch weapons, the world’s fate was directed towards Ling Xiao Palace. The monarch might no longer act upon the Heaven Court but instead, defended it and they could walk outside freely once again.
“The surroundings are too quiet.”
Fu Li said suddenly, “There seems to be a lot of gods eyeing us.”
Zhong Yue also noticed this; the West Heaven Court had always been the place where the Heavenly Monarch’s power resided. These gods had never been friendly to them but the situation had now changed. The gods that were hostile towards them were now the Heavenly and True Deities.
Obviously, the Heavenly Monarch’s birthday celebration was a gathering of talents, and so there were a lot of the young geniuses that followed their seniors to broaden their horizons.
Hence, the changes in the Board of Saints that may only be a trifling matter to the old gods were monumental news for the young gods.
And to the gods that had been ranked in the Board of Saints for a long time, seeing fresh faces suddenly overtake their ranks for inexplicable reasons left them feeling rather discontent.
Fu Li then asked around and returned, “Yinkang Clan is in the North Heaven Palace and Huaxu in the East Heaven Palace.”
The four then immediately headed toward the North Heaven Palace, passing through the alluring and beautiful Imperial Garden. Some parts in the Imperial Garden were extremely serious, the palaces were grand and sacred and some others were unique and strange.
There were real dragons twining around the pillars and there were nine beast gods, vermillion birds and fish dragons residing in the temples, palaces, and ponds.
With that beautiful scenery itself, if they were not in a hurry, Zhong Yue would really linger around in the Imperial Garden.
“Brother-in-law Yin and sister Yin! Halt!”
Zhong Yue turned around and he immediately saw a few familiar faces. They were the Getian Clan’s Ge Yishu, Lilian Clan’s Heavenly Lady Lilian Lingyu, Wuming Clan’s Heavenly Lady Wu Qingqing.
“Your wife is incredible! We cultivated a few ten years to become a Heavenly Deity but you are all already on the top of Board of Saints.”
Ge Yishu praised, “Shame, even until now I have yet entered the top hundred.”
Lilian Lingyu also shook her head, “Same. By the way, my cousin is looking for you now. She was the fifth in Board of Saints but now, she is seventh place and she is not happy about that.”
Meanwhile, Wu Qingqing walked towards Yin Fanxuan, placed her palm on Yin Fanxuan’s stomach, blinked her eyes and whispered something to Yin Fanxuan, which had Yin Fanxuan blushed incredibly. She then glanced at Zhong Yue before shaking her head and whispering, “Not yet.”
“Hurry up then!”
Lilian Lingyu craned her neck over and said, “If you can’t, then I wouldn’t mind having a child with brother-in-law. You can watch and learn from us!”
The embarrassed Yin Fanxuan immediately shouted, “How dare you! You have to go through me first!”
On the other hand, Wu Qingqing added, “Brother, Wu Baihe is also the same. You all need to be careful. Our Wuming Clan also has quite a number of talented ones who have married into the Heavenly Monarch’s clan. But that means they will be hostile toward Xian Tian Palace. You have a lot coming for you.”
“Wu Baihe’s rank?” asked Zhong Yue.
Wu Qingqing replied, “Not in the top ten.”
Suddenly, another few gods arrived and they said, “So you’re all here. It took us a while to find you!”
Zhong Yue turned around and saw the Wuhuai Clan’s Wuhuai Yu, the Dating Clan’s Ting Huali, and the Zhuxiang Clan’s Zhu Xianggong. They were all people in the State of Heavenly River that Zhong Yue once ran into and back then, they were just gods and they are now Heavenly Deities already.
“Congratulations, Mister Yi.”
Xiang Zungong laughed, “Both of you are now at the top of Board of Saints. The honor is ours. Previously, those guys in Heavenly Deity Board of Saints were all so proud and arrogant, looking down on us. They merely ascended to Heavenly Deity a few years earlier but they have the face to call us the next generation.”
Zhong Yue calmly replied with a smile, “They are also talented and they do live up to their fame.”
“True.”
Wu Huaiyu nodded, “Their strength is undeniably powerful, with all of them having the potential to become a monarch. The Titing Clan is a sovereign race, with rumors saying that they managed to complete their techniques that once had no Six Paths Reincarnation. Ti Mobei is very impressive and his strength is the most mysterious one among the Heavenly Deity level.”
Ting Huali added, “The Zhongyang Clan is also a sovereign race and Yang Fengping is no weaker than Ti Mobei. However, Yang Fengpeng has barely engaged in a fight so there is not much information about him. We have not been cultivating for as long as them so it is normal that we are slightly weaker. But given enough time, we will eventually catch up and even surpass them!”
“Mister Yi, Senior Martial Sister Yin, you’re here!”
A few more acquaintances had arrived. Lilu Clan’s Lu Wang, Panhu Clan’s Pan Xu, and Zhongyang Clan’s Yang Buping were all people Zhong Yue and Yin Fanxuan had come across before in the State of Heavenly River.

Lu Wang and the others quickly chimed in and they began chatting happily with the rest of the group.
“Yi Feng, you are indeed over here!”
Everyone frowned at Tian Xuanzi’s loud voice. He was walking toward them and after glancing at Xiang Zungong and the others, he mocked, “So these garbage are here as well?”
“Tian Xuanzi, we heard that your marriage with Xian Tian Palace’s little princess has been rejected?” gritted Wu Qingqing.
Tian Xuanzi, however, seemed unphased, even laughing instead, “I feel even better after that! She did not want to marry me and that is her loss. Pretty girl, I know that you are in love with me but there are many others that are in love with me as well. So you will have to get in the line.”
Wu Qingqing bit her lips angrily and Shui Bier smirked, “Tian Xuanzi, you….”
“You get in the line too!” countered Tian Xuanzi.
Shui Bier almost lost her cool, but she barely managed to refrain from charging at Tian Xuanzi and tearing him into pieces.
Xiang Zungong then grinned, “Tian Xuanzi, I heard that you were smacked by your second ancestor for saying inappropriate things at the South Heaven Gate’s entrance? It really is a shame that I wasn’t not there, or I would have had you smacked even harder by your ancestor!”
