In short, the Tian Pan was actually a calculatory treasure that uses the Heavenly Dao.

In the Dao Yi Secret Realm, in front of the Pan Gu celestial, Tian Pan was hovering quietly in front of the giant.
All of a sudden, the giant’s six arms swayed and its hands made various hand seals, stamping the seals into the mystical Tian Pan.

Zhong Yue looked at the changes and a thought came into his mind. Then, the Pan Gu celestial made more seals, the Innate Daos of Yin, Yang, Celestial, Demon, Lightning, and Yi had been turned into the Yin and Yang lines that swarmed into the Tian Pan!
At the same time, the Space Dao and Time Dao flew out from Zhong Yue’s Space Secret Realm and Time Secret Realm, also turning into the Yin and Yang lines and entering Tian Pan.
Inside of Zhong Yue’s body, in the secret realms, tens of thousands of his incarnations were agitated, rushing into the Dao Yi Secret Realm and leaping into the Tian Pan.
With Tian Pan’s strong divinatory calculation on the Heavenly Daos and a million of his incarnations, his road to combining the arts into one had officially started!
Meanwhile, Zhong Yue himself was still sitting in the carriage as the Kirins galloped in midair along the Heavenly River, moving toward the South Heaven Gate.
On the front of the cabin, Fu Shu raised his hand and the three Heavens showered lights down, forming three layers of light that illuminated the carriage from within. The sounds of the Daos sounded in their ears and the others were pushed away around them, none were able to get too close to them now.
It was an act to show his status and also to ensure the carriage’s safety.
Fu Shu was brawny and had dragon scales paving across his waist, making him look like an indomitable warrior when the lights reflected off the scales.
And although Hundun Yu didn’t appear as heroic, he had the Fusang Branch, making him like a towering tree that could never been brought down. Red streaks ran across the Fusang Branch’s surface while the air of Hundun intermittently leaked out from it. It was truly stunning.
As such, the others quickly distanced themselves from the Kirin carriage, not daring to come close at all.
Suddenly, a shout came from afar, “Yi Feng, it’s you! I was just wondering who this flamboyant character could be!”
Zhong Yue walked out of the cabin, he looked out and laughed, “Tian Xuanzi, long time no see.”
Far away, there was a group of men with marquees above their heads, it was the Juling Clan. The Juling Clan was a sovereign race, a level above monarch races.
Thus, the Juling Clan had also sent out a group of men to celebrate the incumbent Heavenly Monarch’s 70,000th birthday.
Tian Xuanzi stood on one of the marquees, he had grown even taller and brawnier than before. Most would have to raise their heads just so they could see his face. He laughed, “Where’s your wife? Ask her to come out. After I was defeated the last time, I went back to fix my flaws and cultivate even harder. Now, I am stronger, I will fight her again and this time, I don’t think I will lose!”
Zhong Yue smiled, but before he spoke, clamors happened among the guests.
“Mister Yi is also here?”
“Xian Tian Palace’s King Yi has come? He dares to come?”
“I heard King Yi and his wife are known as the Husband and Wife Couple Saints. They are both invincible to those in the same cultivation level, they have defeated every expert on the Heavenly River!”
“The Xian Tian Palace and Heaven Court are nemesis, but King Yi dares come? How daring! The Husband and Wife Couple Saints are just Deities, the Heaven Court has numerous experts, it’d be more than easy to kill them!”
“Husband and Wife Couple Saints?” Zhong Yue was puzzled, since when did they get these titles?
“Couple Saints my ass!” Tian Xuanzi laughed, “I’ve fought with Yi Feng before, he didn’t defeat me! Moreover, he concedes that he has lost to me before in the Imperial Granary!”

“Master, who is this big guy? Why is he so annoying?” asked a puzzled Fu Li.
Fu Li might be very muscular and strong, but when compared to Tian Xuanzi, he was much smaller. The Ju Ling Clan was the only race in the world that was born naturally with spirits and their Juling spirits weren’t any weak and puny spirits, making them one of the strongest races in this universe. This was, of course, excluding the innate gods.
Due to them inherently born with spirits, everyone from the Ju Ling Clan was considered an innate spirit body.
But that did not come without a side effect; because of this, the Ju Ling Clan fertility was very low, and with the invasion of Six Paths Reincarnation, they struggled hard just to maintain the purity of their race, which required a lot of time and effort, therefore, restricting how much they could achieve.
With a low reproduction rate, a race’s power will be greatly limited. Without a large population, there would be few talents born in the race. And even if they managed to occupy a huge territory, they wouldn’t have enough people to guard them.
Fortunately, given the Juling Clan’s disciples who were all innate spirit bodies, each of them was all very powerful and they were able to keep themselves together.
Zhong Yue laughed and said, “He is Tian Xuanzi of the Juling Clan. Back in the Earth Order Era, a Heavenly Monarch rose from their clan. They are one of the current eight sovereign races.”
Then, from the Juling Clan came an old voice that scolded, “Tian Xuanzi, where are your manners! Mister Yi agreed to duel with you because he had no other options and he was obviously holding back. Mister Yi, please forgive this idiot’s rudeness.”
Zhong Yue looked towards the voice and he saw an old man, who seemed to be the head of the group. He quickly paid his respect to the old man, “Don’t worry, elder, no offense taken. Besides, I was indeed defeated by Senior Martial Brother Tian Xuanzi before everyone’s eyes.”
“Old man, you heard it? I won….” said Tian Xuanzi arrogantly as he looked back.
“You better stop speaking so much nonsense!”
The old man dragged Tian Xuanzi back to him and started raining down fists onto his face, leaving a bloodied bruised Tian Xuanzi’s on the ground, “Speak in such foul manner and I will break your legs as well!”
After giving Tian Xuanzi a beating, the old man finally felt that the air stuck in his chest cleared off. And he was not the only one that felt that way; the other Juling Clan’s members also felt very comfortable at Tian Xuanzi getting his dues. He never gave any chances to anyone and had the guts to insult everyone. And now, it truly was something to celebrate that he was beaten up by the Ju Ling Clan’s elder.
The old man then laughed, “Mister Yi, do you mind if we talk for a moment?”
Zhong Yue nodded and Fu Li immediately maneuvered the carriage towards the Juling Clan’s group. Zhong Yue got out of the carriage, and greeted the Juling Clan’s elder, who quickly greeted back and they both sat right onto the ground.
“This old man’s name is Ling Zheng. Please forgive my rudeness for not being able to meet you back then when Mister Yi and Madam Yi visited Juling Clan for I was in cultivation. Where is Madam Yi today?” said the old man.
Zhong Yue replied, “Still in cultivation inside the carriage.”
Li Zheng’s eyes blinked and he quickly said softly, “This time, Heavenly Monarch is not up to something good by inviting everyone to his birthday celebration. We Juling Clan had marital relationship with Xian Tian Palace and Mister Yi married the Yinkang Clan’s clan master’s daughter, perhaps we can form an alliance just in case. Also, words had it that the Yinkang Clan had removed the bloodline seal. Do you think they will remain in the State of Heavenly River? However, even as a monarch race, they still wouldn’t be able to get out from there just by themselves.”
And this was when Zhong Yue’s mind became crystal clear; the Juling Clan was also sitting on the fence and they would fall to the winning side but at the same time, they wanted to place their bet on both sides. Previously, they wanted to please the Heavenly Monarch but on the other side, they had a marriage with Xian Tian Palace and because of that, the Heavenly Monarch was furious at Juling Clan’s actions after he declared war against Xian Tian Palace and pressured the ancient sovereign race heavily.
Hence, upon knowing that the Heaven Court could no longer benefit them anymore, the Juling Clan immediately turned towards Xian Tian Palace.
But they couldn’t be blamed either as apart from the Zhongyang Clan, none of the monarch races were doing well. They were being pressured and treated as partially hostile by the other races and even the Zhong Yang Clan was not as glorious as they once were. Hence, the Juling Clan’s higher-ups were merely trying to fight for the best for their clan.
Zhong Yue smiled, “Elder….”
“Just call me senior martial brother.”
Ling Zheng said fervourly, “You are, after all, a reborn innate god so you are my elder instead!”
“Don’t worry, senior martial brother.”
Zhong Yue smiled, “Imperial Emperor Xian Tian definitely knows that we are only strong when united. Did Tian Xuanzi marry Xian Tian Palace’s little princess?”
“No, that marriage was forfeited. Tian Xuanzi’s mouth is ridiculous and the little princess refused to marry him. In the end, it is my daughter that was married to the third prince of Xian Tian Palace.”
With a weird expression, Zhong Yue thought, Why did Mu Suge never mention this?
Tian Xuanzi, on the other hand, laughed and added, “Yi Feng, you may be a king now but at the same time, you are deprived of happiness. For instance, there is no place for you and your wife in the Heavenly Deity level ranking battles.”
Zhong Yue was intrigued; ever since he became the king, he was stationed in Heaven Suppression Fortress and so had been cut off from the opportunity to compete with the strong individuals in the same generation.
While he held a high post and became stronger as the day passed and continually facing off against those beyond his level, he had also inevitably forgotten about those from the same generation.
As a result, his presence was completely different from what a Heavenly Deity possesses but instead, his presence was rather much close to that of a Creator or Imperial Emperor.
But this did not make him too arrogant from taking the same generation competition too lightly. Though the older generations were undoubtedly powerful, they were too limited by their traditions and their unwillingness to accept new things. On the other side, unlike the older generations, the younger generations were more likely to come up with new ideas and develop new paths.
While the younger generations could not compare to elders in terms of strength, they were destined to be the ones to eventually take over this universe!
Hence, there was more to gain than lose if Zhong Yue were to participate in competitions with them.
“And your rank among the Heavenly Deity level gods?” asked Zhong Yue with a smile.
Tian Xuanzi was choked by this question and he turned away as he refused to answer.
“This incompetent fool is ranked 32nd.”
“32nd? Tian Xuanzi’s strength is capable of entering the top ten in the Deity level but why is he only 32nd in the Heavenly Deity level?” exclaimed a shock Zhong Yue.
Ling Zhen explained, “There will always be stronger foes at every level. Tian Xuanzi was a few years late in entering the Heavenly Deity level so it was normal that he only managed to obtain rank 32nd. Given enough time, Tian Xuanzi will be able to squeeze into the top ten or even top five.”
Tian Xuanzi then smirked, “If I were to compete again, I will only be satisfied with being number one. What the hell is number five? Yi Feng, what rank do you think you and your wife will be able to obtain? Are you both going to keep the Couple Saint title?”
Zhong Yue thought for a while and replied, “I wouldn’t dare to brag about being first or second, but….”
He smiled, “If we were to take part in it, we would both be undefeatable in the Heavenly Deity level.”
Tian Xuanzi’s eyes widened up and he stared right at Zhong Yue, which made Zhong Yue burst out laughing, “I’m just kidding, don’t take it too seriously.”
A breath slipped out of Tian Xuanzi’s mouth right away and he replied, “I also thought that you were joking. Although both of you had not been competing with the same generation for a very long time, you both still have the Couple Saint title on top of you and acquired quite a fame for yourselves ever since that battle in the State of Heavenly River. You two are still ranked very high among the Heavenly Deities and far above my rank with you being number nine and your wife being number seven.”
Fu Li who was standing on the other side immediately shouted, “Only 7th and 9th? Who created this ranking?”
“It’s created by the Heaven Court, if I’m not wrong, it’s someone called Mo Yin who is in charge of it. Everyone in the Heavenly Deity level is ranked based on their strength and apart from the Heavenly Deity level, there is also the True Deity, Deity Overlord, and Deity Emperor level rankings. Only the Creators and Imperial Emperors are not ranked because of how powerful they are and how rarely they are seen in actual combat.”
Mo Yin?
Zhong Yue was slightly stunned but he betrayed no emotions on his face. Tian Xuanzi continued, “There is something called the Board of Saints in the Heaven Court and this was also set up by Mo Yin. The Board of Saints is divided into different categories ranging from Deity, Heavenly Deity, True Deity, Deity Overlord, and Deity Emperor. It records how strong the gods in this world are and the top ten in each Board of Saints are all conferred the title of ‘Saint’.”
The Heaven Court is looking far ahead by creating the Board of Saints, listing everyone into the rankings, giving them clear details about everyone they are competing with. With that, they could recruit those who are willing to join and pressure those that turned them down.
Zhong Yue praised in his heart.
The Juling Clan group then moved into South Heaven Gate and were met with the marvelous scene presented by the Zi Wei Heaven Court that ruled the entire universe. Sacred mountains floated in the air, divine palaces were scattered around and the entire landscape was filled with scenes that could not be described by words alone.
The Imperial Star was the best sacred ground in the Zi Wei Galaxy and the Heaven Court was the best of the best where the world’s fate was gathered there.
Zhong Yue originally did not buy into the concept of fate. However, upon being welcomed by the natural celestial Qi so condensed that it was visible even to flesh eyes, Zhong Yue couldn’t help but be slightly more convinced by it.
“Heavenly Monarch Di Ming’s fate is not as strong as it used to be.”
Ling Zheng looked at the fate visible on top of Heaven Court and commented, “It was so much more marvelous when he first became the Heavenly Monarch. At that time, the fate from the countless sacred grounds within Zi Wei Galaxy rumbled, launched straight into the skies, forming massive alluring pillars made of light that guarded the Heaven Court and that was the true definition of marvelous! Now, the Heaven Court’s fate is falling apart slowly and it was nothing compared to the older days.”
Zhong Yue’s heart thumped right away as he thought, These light pillars! Is this not even considered as prosperous?
“The lose of fate signals the downfall. It will be very difficult to raise it up again.”
Ling Zheng added, “Do you know how strong the fate of the Fuxi Celestial Race’s last Heavenly Monarch was? He was the ruler of all worlds and realms and even the ancient universe lowered its head before him. But after his passing, the race’s fate burst part instantly. Though there are still monarch level existences at that time, the fate just couldn’t be raised again after falling apart and where is Fuxi Celestial Race now after 100,000 years?”
Hearing this, Zhong Yue clenched his fists. Fuxi’s fate has reached the rock bottom where it could drop nowhere further, it’s now time for us to rise again!
Sometime later, along with the other gods, they all registered themselves in the South Heaven Gate, assigned with their own accommodations and the Xian Tian Palace represented by Zhong Yue was arranged to stay in the Heaven Court’s West Palace.
Upon arriving at the palace, Zhong Yue immediately detected countless experts surging towards them, examining the palace without hiding their hostility.
Fu Li was enraged by their behavior and just as he was about to retaliate, Zhong Yue stopped him, “There is no need for that. Senior Martial Brother Yu, just plant the Fusang Branch right here.”
Hun Dunyu immediately did as he say and smiled, “I’m tired of holding it as well….”
Just as the Fusang Branch was buried into the ground, Zhong Yue let out a roar, launching his Innate Golden Crow Yuan Shen towards the Fusang Branch and set the tree branch ablaze with raging fire!
